Enjoyed a lovely weekend with family. Comfortable room, friendly and attentive staff and acceptable accommodation, foid and bar prices. All within easy driving distance to the national park

The shower was amazing
The staff could not do anymore for you
They work really hard
And breakfast was amazing
And parking was easy
This was our 3 rd time now and I will be back

An excellent stay, 10/10. Wonderful staff, fantastic building that’s well maintained and very clean whilst being warm and welcoming. Great restaurant and wonderful service. Only 1 recommendation- the music in the restaurant was a little loud and outdated.

Nice hotel. Room abit tired and only 1 towel left. Lamp flickered and tv awkward to watch from bed as only 1 chair in the room. stayed here before and breakfast wasn’t to the usual standard.

We booked through your website and was disappointed to find out that we could of paid less going direct to the Abbey in Barrow. My
Wife unfortunately has intolerance to several items but for some reason the breakfast staff couldn't understand. This worries me if she have had allergies.

My only criticism of the room was the hanging space in the open closet which was minuscule for long dresses, trousers and coats and also had an ironing board in it making it an even smaller space. Everything else in the hotel was marvellous.
