So far so good. Just a very basic hotel. Very close to the expo and station.

Basic and environmentally friendly

The hotel staff is are very professional and friendly.

Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. The only thing is the room was dusty and not sure about the fridge if it was working. After checking out, we was given free donuts which the kid's loved.!

Great hotel at an affordable price

Great location off the tube, excellent staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good and nice bar. Will definitely stay again.

I loved the way the spaces in the room was managed. Furniture and general room layout was great. I really liked the black out window blinds. Helped with sleeping into the morning without worrying about sun rays waking me up at 5am. Loved it.

Great amazing perfect no complaints

Clean, comfortable room. Nice cool temperature indoors during the May bank holiday heatwave along with ice buckets in the rooms, and very easy access for Excel. Only gripe is wishing the rooms had normal bathroom doors instead of a heavy sliding-mirror situation, as there is no privacy even in a room designed for sharing for showering or using the toilet. Pool and sauna facilities were a very welcome treat and easily accessed with spare towels and easy to use lockers with your room keycard.

Was ok, parking was overbooked though, was put in a different room than I booked. Bedding was dirty with crumbs and hair, someone did come and change them but he was the maintenance man so had to help in the end, Room was a nice size.

Unfortunately the shower in our room had a dreadful sewage smell. We reported this in the afternoon but it had worsened on our return late evening. Eventually we had to move rooms at midnight. The hotel did discount our parking for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. Apart from that, the hotel was lovely and modern, the bar was great as was the breakfast in the morning. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would go back assuming the sewage problem was a one off and we were just unlucky.

Very kind staff and clean room And comfortable parking

Location of the hotel is easy to reach and the hotel is well kept. Ideal if you are attending Excel or you fancy a Uber boat ride. The room is well laid out with a large TV but beds are hard and we didn't sleep well. We felt having 2 tea bags and 1 can of water for 4 was underwhelming. Cleanliness was just about ok in the room and the water pressure was poor. Overall the stay could have been easily better with a little care.

Nice breakfast, tidy room well styled

The pool was closed due to "maintenance" which is the main reason I booked this hotel over others. When I mentioned it to the reception staff they shrugged it off and offered nothing for the inconvenience. I woke up 2 hours early to ensure I could enjoy the pool. Very disappointed with receptions response.
