Ideal location for east entrance of Excel. Nice area around excel too for walks & runs and the hotel has a good bar and restaurant it decent choice and good food. Breakfast could be more diverse but overall ok. Rooms were nice and comfy.

In General, the hotel was quite nice and comfortable, but I was quite disappointed with the gym / spa area: there are constant swimming lessons held in the pool, even at times when the schedule placed at the door indicates no lessons. Also, each person entering the spa area has to pass through the gym - turning it into a waiting room atmosphere with screaming children passing through & parents just waiting around while you work out. It was fine for a business trip, but I would not book this place for a relaxing stay for this reason.

Very limited breakfast not very hot cold everywhere in hotel including my room had to get a heater no maintenance available to fix the problem rooms very standard got stuck in lift and noisy
