Hotel in posizione centralissima, il ragazzo all'accettazione è stato super cordiale sia per il check in...che per il check out ( durante il quale ci ha offerto di lasciare i bagagli visto che avevamo ancora mezza giornata libera). Camera piccola ma ... personalmente la stanza mi serve solo per dormire quindi andava benissimo.

Courteous, friendly staff at desk and cleaners. Rooms spotless. Good location but far enough from the crowds and sound/vibration of the underground from King's Cross. We had a twin. Fine for those travelling light but limited space for lots of luggage. Ensuite is shower with no bath tub. Good size compared to size of room. Large mounted tv with remote where can log into Netflix on your own account. Tea/coffee provided also hairdryer. Lovely fluffy toilets. Windows are in keeping the area so not as noise reducing as double glazing so bring ear plugs. Strict no smoking policy. 24 hour check in with possible earlier than 2pm standard checkin time. Checkout at 11am which is very reasonable. Lots of places nearby to buy food from all parts of the world and minimarkets. I would stay again for short visits to London.

We found a few bugs… looked like bed bugs… in our room and on our bed in the morning. The carpet was definitely needing a vacuum and a clean. Other than that our stay was great!

Great location and so easy for Kings Cross, neighbourhood fine, couple of coffee shops and pubs nearby. Room and en-suite both clean although decor and carpeting is a little dated, decent size for a twin room. Staff pleasant. Excellent value for money I’d definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for anything in London, only a short walk to kings cross. Excellent cafe for breakfast nearby, a 24hr Morrisons down the road.
The room itself was clean, bed comfy, and quiet will definitely stay again
