한국여인숙수준시설이며지하방배정으로매우불만족스런숙박이었음

교통은 매우 편리하였습니다. 그러나 호텔이 너무 협소하고 특히 화장실이 매우 불편하고 사용하기에 너무 좁았습니다. 인터넷 환경이 너무 안 좋아서 어려움이 많았습니다

Clean room. Great location about 5 mins walk from Kings Cross. Lift in hotel also. Friendly staff. Good value for money

The room was clean,although a little hot, but we turned off the radiator. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

Ideal for St Pancras and eurostar. Great pub just round the corner. Chap on desk was extremely friendly and helpful

Good value for money, staff really friendly. Not exactly the Ritz but for a cheap price next to King’s Cross what can you expect

Room was decent for what we paid for. Only issue was that Wifi was too weak We were in the lower floor, right at the back, was very difficul with a pushchair.

Cheap and to be expected, 5 minutes from Kings Cross, good. Staff ok, cleaners friendly. Warning that the lift was out of action for our stay. Room was tiny, and cramped, couldn't get around foot of bed, and in need - like most of London - of a decent refresh. tB fine but so little room. Shower only, bathroom again tiny, if functional. Nice to be able to leave bags on last day, but anyone could have gone in, said "I have a bag left" and wandered out with whatever. Front desk staff didn't care.

The elevator was out of order the entire time we stayed there, so we had to carry our luggages to/from the 2nd floor where our room was located on. The staff were nice and friendly. Our room (especially the bathroom) was so small you could barely get around without hitting yourself on something. The location is decent and is close enough to King’s Cross station (about 7-8 mins walk).

Passable si juste pour dormir

No breakfast, terrible shower using 10 min to Get the shampoo out of my hair! Grumpy man in the front desk when we arrived. No ventilation, hot room. Elevator out of order. Small bed in doublerom. Will never use this hotel again!

Check in was quick, easy and the staff were very pleasant. Great location very close to Kings Cross station. The room was clean and a good size.

Great little hotel for a short stay in Central London - Good value for the money.

See the reviews regarding bed bugs and called to speak to them as my son has hypo-allergic skin and the staff member I spoke too was completely unhelpful with no empathy, he was restrictive of me speaking to management and felt completely uncomfortable with what I had read just before checking in. For customer service within a hotel it was appalling.

Elevator wasn’t working but overall, it was great—front desk staff was amazing!

Great location, great staff and a decent basic clean room that was comfortable. Good value for the cheap price I paid. Only issue is the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms and the street is busy so you get a lot of traffic noise if you are on the front. Take earplugs even if you are a deep sleeper
