地點很好，在Piccadiliy line 上，機場可以直接到Leicester Square，出站對面就到。附近搭地鐵或公車都很方便去倫敦市區景點，柯芬園和大笨鐘等知名景點步行10-15分鐘可以到。附近也有超市和中國城，吃東西選擇很多。離West end 大部分的劇場都大概十分鐘距離，晚上附近觀光客和看劇的人也多，很熱鬧。 算是市中心的精華地段，旅館本身不大，但旅館大門隨時都有人看著，人員都親切親切。有兩台電梯，室內也有空調。房型就看每個人的預算和選擇，有無窗和有窗的房型，因為入住天數長，我選擇有窗的，但價位也比較貴，但事後覺得有窗戶的選擇是對的，每天早上出門前可以看一下天氣。房型是with a little extra space ，入住後才知道房型是無障礙空間的，兩個行李箱都有空間打開，但是只有一個小床頭櫃和兩層抽屜，沒有更多的桌子或置物平台，所以很多東西都還是塞回行李箱。無障礙的廁所的淋浴是沒有另外玻璃隔出來，所以洗完澡地板就容易濕濕的。裡面提供的備品不多，2合1的沐浴洗頭乳和洗手乳，還有吹風機。因為倫敦是硬水，還是需要自己帶慣用的洗髮精和護髮乳，不然頭髮容易打結。 （浴室不知道有時候是不是馬桶管線問題，有時候會有點味道） 裡面沒有冰箱，建議可以自己帶煮水壺和杯子盤子，可以在旅館簡單泡個熱飲或是外面買麵包回來吃。 旅館的床都是一張雙人床，但床型比較小，像我和我妹住，兩個女生還好，但可能對男生來說可能就顯小。沒有電視（讓我覺得有點可惜，我出國都喜歡看當地的電視台和新聞氣象）但有網路，隔音也算好。每天工作人員都會來鋪床收垃圾，維持房間乾淨。 入住前或後寄放行李需要另外付錢（以每個行李15鎊計價），因為覺得有點貴，所以另外找附近其他相對便宜的地方寄放行李 如果是要在倫敦市中心玩，這個旅館算是不錯的選擇，交通上真的很方便。

We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters as well. If you are first time in London, this is a nice choice, except for the room size.

飯店人員於住宿期間敲房門，表示因為空調系統有問題，要入內查看。雖然最後入內查看後沒有異狀，但整個經驗仍讓人感到不安。我住過多家飯店，從未發生這種情況

Ligger superbra. Fräscha rum. Trevligt med rooftop bar (endast inomhus). Inter städning men man kan säga till så fixar dom. Allt bra förutom 15 pund för att lämna väskan och väldigt begränsat utrymme så det blev fullt.

Stay away. In 2 rooms A/C randomly stopped working and windows are locked so can't ventilate. They say they call maintenance but until they come you end up sweating and having a terrible night. Had to pack 2 times to be moved to another room because of the same A/C problem. Breakfast is very poor, don't take it. Won't recommend nor come back.

The positive thing is the great location! However, the beds are small (130 cm?) and the room was poorly cleaned, Nice and clean bathroom. Small breakfast buffet. Not much hotel facilities.

Booked a double room with 'a bit more space' the double was a 4' bed. No kettle or drink making facility. Didn't use roof restaurant. Self check in, easy. Unusually quiet room, could hear quiet rumbles from the tube, and sirons in street on 2nd floor facing front. Fully booked, clearly popular.

Paid extra for a room with a window and a view and my view was the wall of the building next door…

Bar always has events not allowed for everyone .room very very small can't fit 2 people in it .no tv at all in everywhere including the room during the world cup.

Great location, but high extra fees and maintenance issues A pleasant location, but the overall experience was dampened by unexpected costs and lack of attention to detail. The Positives: Excellent location: Very central and conveniently located near everything. Great accessibility: Easy access to public transport and local attractions.The Negatives: Unexpected luggage fees: There is a charge of 250 NOK per suitcase to use the luggage room before check-in or after check-out.Expensive early check-in: An early check-in of just 2 hours requires an additional fee of 700 NOK. Cleanliness issues: The room could have been cleaned better, as there was noticeable dust and dirt in corners and crevices. Disturbing noises: Persistent and annoying sounds came from both the ventilation and the pipes throughout the stay. Conclusion: While the hotel boasts a fantastic and convenient location, the extensive extra fees for standard services feel excessive. Combined with the noise issues and standard of cleanliness, the value for money is unfortunately low.

Quite basic but very comfortable and location is perfect

Had a really hard time contacting the staff about checking in very late and once I finally did hear back from them, extremely unhelpful. Also charging to leave bags before check in is not something I have encountered and did not appreciate

Upon arrival greeted with nice friendly staff on the tiny desk. Got our card and went to the original room. The room was tiny with just a bed in the room and a little bathroom. One small window looking at a wall, then the lift went down and it was very loud. I went to ask if any other rooms are available as I knew that would keep me up all night. Got moved to another room that was further from the lift and was a little bigger with a small sofa and a much bigger window with a lovely view of the city. The place was very clean but as mentioned very small with no tea or coffee facilities. No TV. Very limited space. For the price id expect tea and coffee facilities at a minimum. But not even a bottle of water. No lobby or vending machines so had to leave site for a drink. Great stall and clean room in a great location. But that's really it. Ive paid the same money for a suite at other hotels. Paid extra for breakfast which was very basic but the view was lovely.
