De kamer was klein, maar super netjes en met eigen badkamer. Voor drie nachten helemaal prima.
Helaas geen koelkast of koffie/thee faciliteiten in de kamer.
De locatie is perfect. Binnen twee minuutjes sta je in het metrostation of op Piccalilly circus. Zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven.

Great stay - nice cool room on a hot day with good air conditioning. Clean room, great location (I was staying for business but actually would be a great place to stay for theatre or touristy visits!). Room is well decorated and clean - but pretty basic in terms of amenities (which is does say on the hotel website and probably on Hotels.com although I didn't pay much attention) - rooms do not have a TV (but reliable fast WiFi to keep busy on your own device), nor do they have a fridge or safe. And - horror! - a combined 'body wash and shampoo' and no conditioner! Otherwise great.

Excellent hotel in perfect commutable area. I was a bit worried about staying here as a solo female traveller when I read some reviews, however it was great. Staff were helpful at check in and check out, room was clean and had air con, it was very quiet and I barely seen another person. The area is perfect for visiting theatre district and most other attractions. The subway is 2mins away for further afield. Very reasonably priced for this area. I would definitely recommend!
The only 1 thing, the rooftop bar was closed 2 nights out of 3 for private functions so if u want this be aware, however there are loads of bars and restaurants within a minutes walk.

Stay away. In 2 rooms A/C randomly stopped working and windows are locked so can't ventilate. They say they call maintenance but until they come you end up sweating and having a terrible night. Had to pack 2 times to be moved to another room because of the same A/C problem. Breakfast is very poor, don't take it. Won't recommend nor come back.

The positive thing is the great location! However, the beds are small (130 cm?) and the room was poorly cleaned, Nice and clean bathroom. Small breakfast buffet. Not much hotel facilities.

Booked a double room with 'a bit more space' the double was a 4' bed. No kettle or drink making facility. Didn't use roof restaurant.
Self check in, easy. Unusually quiet room, could hear quiet rumbles from the tube, and sirons in street on 2nd floor facing front. Fully booked, clearly popular.

Great location, but high extra fees and maintenance issues
A pleasant location, but the overall experience was dampened by unexpected costs and lack of attention to detail. The Positives: Excellent location: Very central and conveniently located near everything. Great accessibility: Easy access to public transport and local attractions.The Negatives: Unexpected luggage fees: There is a charge of 250 NOK per suitcase to use the luggage room before check-in or after check-out.Expensive early check-in: An early check-in of just 2 hours requires an additional fee of 700 NOK. Cleanliness issues: The room could have been cleaned better, as there was noticeable dust and dirt in corners and crevices. Disturbing noises: Persistent and annoying sounds came from both the ventilation and the pipes throughout the stay. Conclusion: While the hotel boasts a fantastic and convenient location, the extensive extra fees for standard services feel excessive. Combined with the noise issues and standard of cleanliness, the value for money is unfortunately low.

Had a really hard time contacting the staff about checking in very late and once I finally did hear back from them, extremely unhelpful. Also charging to leave bags before check in is not something I have encountered and did not appreciate

Upon arrival greeted with nice friendly staff on the tiny desk.
Got our card and went to the original room. The room was tiny with just a bed in the room and a little bathroom. One small window looking at a wall, then the lift went down and it was very loud. I went to ask if any other rooms are available as I knew that would keep me up all night.
Got moved to another room that was further from the lift and was a little bigger with a small sofa and a much bigger window with a lovely view of the city.
The place was very clean but as mentioned very small with no tea or coffee facilities. No TV. Very limited space.
For the price id expect tea and coffee facilities at a minimum. But not even a bottle of water. No lobby or vending machines so had to leave site for a drink.
Great stall and clean room in a great location. But that's really it. Ive paid the same money for a suite at other hotels.
Paid extra for breakfast which was very basic but the view was lovely.

Bra boende, rent när vi kom. Man fick välja om man ville ha städning under vistelsen. Vi valde detta, men det verkar ha missats. Vilket resulterade i fulla papperskorgar. Bra luftkonditionering som var enkel att ändra. Väldigt bra läge. Stördes inte alls av ljud utifrån. Bodde på annan plats i våras då hördes trafiken enormt. Fint badrum. Rätt små rum ( klassiskt London) trots bokat med mer plats. Men två personer fick plats utan problem!

Terrible smell from bathroom drain, which travelled into room as soon as door was opened. Reported twice nothing done really affected our stay
