Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean.

More of a business hotel. Good location if you are in the area but not much nearby. Not very good service with regard to indirect booking and price not reflective of the value offered. Comfy room and nice bar area.

First night was terrible, staff didn't seem interested at all, told me it was what I paid for! If it was then the descriptions on the choices were not all that clear. The next day we felt heard, we changed rooms, our experience was so much better. Just a shame about the first night.

Whole establishment is clean & well presented. Staff are absolutely lovely, spa was beautiful. Will be returning - big thank you to Ellie on reception. She was beyond helpful and lovely

Excellent hotel. Cheaper than Filton Premier inn but far superior in every way. Comfortable room and bed, great shower. Friendly welcome and all staff seemed to enjoy working there, or at least were highly professional. Excellent overall.

Room wasn’t made up (again) after first night ready for second.

This is a premium hotel and as such the rooms are well appointed with great amenities. Also love the eco touches of refillable milk and water plus full size toiletries. However there are some small things that seemingly every year reoccur - always need to book restaurant ahead of your stay to guarantee a table (we’ve been caught out on this previously) always something (or this time a whole section) of menu unavailable, a parking barrier that requires a ticket despite the promise it will raise automatically. We always get a great rate as book well in advance but we would not return if we were paying full price!

Believe there was a party that went on till 4am. Sounded like someone was on the toilet in our room it was so close on numerious occasions. Shower head height was set up for a 10 year old and you had to crouch underneath it... not good We stay in this hotel 3 x a year as normalky reallh enjoy the break. I will not book the nus3iness suit side of the hotel again as did not leave feeling relaxed..... hope this is a one off

The room was a little bit dusty, and reception seemed a little understaffed at points. But the service I received from reception was very good. The spa facilities were really nice and I was overall very happy with my stay. At the service in the dining hall was absolutely phenomenal and in the bar as well

Fantastic stay a few mix ups with room but soon sorted

A king size bed is not 2 singles pushed together!! So disappointed in that especially as it was presented as an option. The air con was also broken. The staff were friendly about it and gave a fan but ultimately with the king size bed issue and it being ridiculously hot it wasn’t a particularly comfortable stay

Lovely location with friendly staff and elegant ambience.

Booked this hotel for my parents as a special treat to stay to help with my newborn, chose here as it had parking, a spa and swimming pool so they could relax. I was horified when they told me they had to pay separately for the parking and to use the swimming pool, not what you expect when you pay for an expensive hotel that the facilities are not included.
