客房和酒店十分整潔美觀，服務質素一般，服務員的態度有些傲慢，並不感覺友善，至於住宿設施方面很基本，沒有特別的驚喜，房間wifi只連到手機，連不到電腦和平板，想在旅途中處理工作有些困難，但有電梯對於帶有行李的住客來說是方便的。至於酒店的位置，在小街當中，距離街口有少少距離，但走幾分鐘就可以找到餐廳和便利店。

房间空间偏小，且卫生设施标准不够，洗脸盆的冷热水笼头分设不太符合现代城市人的生活习惯。另，衣橱容量亦偏小，卫生间没有放置化妆品的桌子。欲要达到真正的Boutique Hotel 标准，望在客房的设施上进行改进、提升。

Great stay in a hotel that’s 300 years old. Lots of character and very comfortable. Great pillows and bedding and really nice toiletries. Great room service too. This was our second visit and hope to return next year.

This is a FANTASTIC boutique hotel in a wonderful restored Georgian building
Super comfortable and clean with friendly staff and great service
Shoreditch is nothing like the west end, its vibrant and real - the hotel is a peaceful haven in this busy area
I cannot recommend enough 10 out of 10

This is an excellent small hotel. Very quiet and club-like. Our only complaint is that the breakfast was a la carte and very limited, with no warm food other than toasted bagels. Also, the interior design was fresh and well done, but less contemporary than we would prefer.
