Location is surely the advantage, 3min to victoria station. They also provided many free snacks. But we didnt expect that we have to walk up to second floor with two luggages each weighs 25+kg...

覺得交通很方便，鄰近維多利亞火車站、地鐵及公車站，住宿的街道寧靜，且不乏吃的店家，步行至白金漢宮或是西敏寺、倫敦眼也不到30分鐘路程，最有特色的是現點現做的英式早餐，很有當地特色，唯一住宿讓人不方便的是沒有電梯，提大行李的乘客有點麻煩，浴室乾濕分離情形還好。整體大致滿意。

這次入住的是一樓的四人房，有一個雙人床和兩個單人床。單人床的床墊太軟，而且在廁所旁邊，進出非常不方便。但是有附免費早餐，而且還是專人現做給你吃，總類豐富。地理位置非常方便，離Victoria Coach/rail station非常近，非常推薦！

great breakfast and convenient location!

The staff is very friendly and the location is good. We stayed on the first floor and it could get a little bit noisy from the outside but it was not a big problem. Bathroom and continental breakfast are alright.

地理位置優越,在維多利亞車站附近, 非常方便,鬧中取靜. 房間寬敞,乾淨,早餐很不錯,服務人員親切,很棒的英國式民宿

我們被安排在沒有櫃檯的另一棟， 而那棟的所謂的附早餐，竟然是自己加熱冰箱的可頌，並且被拒絕在櫃檯旁的餐廳用餐（有現煎培根和炒蛋）。 另外一個第一天進去，冰箱裡附的水瓶是前房客喝過得，果醬也是開封過的。 這家的位置離victoria station還算進，但頗失望~ 不知道是英國民情原因，或是hotels網站跟旅館有協議過~

Great location to the tourists with heavy luggage. Good service and valued for the money. Highly recommend. 地點方便，倫敦很多車站沒電梯，從Gatewick機場搭GX EXPRESS直達離維多利亞車站不需換車。出車站5分鐘步行，不需扛行李在車站裡上上下下。服務態度很好 推薦

非常舒服的hotel,距離車站近，早餐選擇多樣豐富，推薦來這裡的旅客一定要來此休息一下。然後為什麼字數要求這麼高啊？

Staff was excellent to work with. Our room was quite small, but it had a mini fridge and everything worked well.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. You’re within walking distance of everything in Westminster, and the hop on hop off buses can take you to many other places. The second best thing about this hotel is their staff; always friendly and accommodating - especially the breakfast people and desk staff. The beds were very comfortable too. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms are even smaller. On our first night there, our tv didn’t work and the manager said he’d get it taken care of the next day. The second night, we fixed the tv ourselves. The third (and last) night there, we discovered ants in the room AND a mouse!! I didn’t sleep at all…. The hotel needs some TLC to make it as nice as I’m sure it could be. It needs a thorough cleaning, a good exterminator and a bit of character to match its great location.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Ausstattung dagegen etwas spartanisch. Bett, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind aber Top. Das Frühstück war inberiffen und sehr gut. Eier, Speck und Würstchen wurden individuell frisch zubereitet. Das restliche Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut. Manko sind die schlechten Fenster, dadurch war es sehr laut in den Zimmern. Die Lage ist Top, direkt in der Nähe der Voictoria Station, super zentral. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Zudem ist es ein sehr schönes Botschafter-Viertel. Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Ubicación excelente. Cama pequeña. Pedimos dos camas individuales y nos pusieron una de matrimonio, sin opción a cambiar.

Great stay.. great location, staff so friendly and couldnt do enough, we arrived a little early, but had a show to attend so would miss check in..the hotel very kindly let us store our bags there which was really appreciated. Room was clean and fresh, beds comfy and felt it was a great value for money. The windows are very thin glass, so can hear everything outside, but im assuming thats to do with it being listed etc??so cant get double glazed..so thats not the hotels fault. Breakfast was lovely, with warm and welcoming staff in the morning. Had a great stay for our overnight trip, and will deffo be returning.

Si fuera un hotel de dos estrellas, merecería una puntuación de 4. Sin embargo, como en el anuncio de Hoteles.com el hotel se clasifica como un hotel de cuatro estrellas, queda muy por debajo de lo esperado. Para empezar, hay que subir cuatro pisos por las escaleras con las maletas porque no hay ascensor. El techo de la habitación es muy bajo y el baño apretado. Además, anuncian que la habitación tiene 17 metros cuadrados, pero en realidad es muy pequeña: apenas cabe la cama y queda muy poco espacio alrededor. No creo que llegue ni a los 10 metros cuadrados. En definitiva, no es realmente un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Por mi experiencia en muchos hoteles, lo clasificaría más bien como un hotel de dos estrellas. Si se considerara como tal, podría merecer una puntuación más alta, aunque todavía hay varios aspectos que mejorar, especialmente en cuanto a accesibilidad y a la calidad de la habitación. Sobre la zona, eso sí es perfecta. Muy cerca de la estación de tren/metro de Victoria y con muchas tiendas y restaurantes.
