Location is surely the advantage, 3min to victoria station. They also provided many free snacks. But we didnt expect that we have to walk up to second floor with two luggages each weighs 25+kg...

覺得交通很方便，鄰近維多利亞火車站、地鐵及公車站，住宿的街道寧靜，且不乏吃的店家，步行至白金漢宮或是西敏寺、倫敦眼也不到30分鐘路程，最有特色的是現點現做的英式早餐，很有當地特色，唯一住宿讓人不方便的是沒有電梯，提大行李的乘客有點麻煩，浴室乾濕分離情形還好。整體大致滿意。

這次入住的是一樓的四人房，有一個雙人床和兩個單人床。單人床的床墊太軟，而且在廁所旁邊，進出非常不方便。但是有附免費早餐，而且還是專人現做給你吃，總類豐富。地理位置非常方便，離Victoria Coach/rail station非常近，非常推薦！

great breakfast and convenient location!

The staff is very friendly and the location is good. We stayed on the first floor and it could get a little bit noisy from the outside but it was not a big problem. Bathroom and continental breakfast are alright.

我們被安排在沒有櫃檯的另一棟， 而那棟的所謂的附早餐，竟然是自己加熱冰箱的可頌，並且被拒絕在櫃檯旁的餐廳用餐（有現煎培根和炒蛋）。 另外一個第一天進去，冰箱裡附的水瓶是前房客喝過得，果醬也是開封過的。 這家的位置離victoria station還算進，但頗失望~ 不知道是英國民情原因，或是hotels網站跟旅館有協議過~

Great location to the tourists with heavy luggage. Good service and valued for the money. Highly recommend. 地點方便，倫敦很多車站沒電梯，從Gatewick機場搭GX EXPRESS直達離維多利亞車站不需換車。出車站5分鐘步行，不需扛行李在車站裡上上下下。服務態度很好 推薦

非常舒服的hotel,距離車站近，早餐選擇多樣豐富，推薦來這裡的旅客一定要來此休息一下。然後為什麼字數要求這麼高啊？

The breakfast was great and the room was clean. However, we have requested ground floor room in advance since we had big luggages, yet the hotel still assigned 3/F room to us. There was a staff who helped us to bring luggages to our room when we checked in, but no one helped us when we checked out...the water supply of bathroom was not working at our last night either...

在早上登記時立即有房間給我入住，早餐會包裝成外賣，方便我們帶去外面進餐。

Excellent for getting close to Buckingham Palace, the communications at Victoria station and located on a calm street. The staff was nice and efficient but the room standard was not up to scratch. Our family room was in the basement, under the entrance. Due to the summer temperatures, we had to keep the windows open but since the windows were accessible from anyone passing by on the street, we didn't feel safe in our rooms. There was a lot of activity (and TALK) from staff and other workers who we visiting storage rooms right outside the windows, even waving at us at times. Hot water came and went, a shelf fell down in the bathroom, there were mouse traps in the room so I hope the other rooms are better. However - credit to the team that served us a great breakfast!

Great staff- lovely room but shower kept flooding- otherwise definitely stay here again- we didn’t get to eat the breakfast as was getting ready for event- appreciated the slightly extended check out

Quite a cozy and convenient stay as it was close to Victoria station. I booked the double bedroom and it was really nice. reception staff were professional.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Hotel room was clean. However, room was old and a bit beaten up. But I guess that is what to expect for the price!

The shower water was scalding with no way to turn it down.

Lovely place, the staff are really wonderful and welcoming. Very clean throughout. Room was very comfortable with a basic bathroom, absolutely spotless, beds comfortable and the breakfast was great. Great location in a quiet area, Victoria station 5mins walk.
