Lovely brekkie, I came here last week also alone as my father was poorly and decided to return this week as I found the hotel and staff wonderful, the staff cannot do enough for you and truly went above and beyond for me on both trips. Absolutely will be back for

I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay.
It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.

Rooms facing the road are a bit noisy - road noise as cars go past - and we were woken at 4am by late night partyers coming in for the evening in the hallway, so the room soundproofing isn't great. Watch out that breakfast on Sunday is a surprisingly late 7.30am
