La habitación aceptable,limpia y bonita. Éramos 3 personas y nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas grandes así que muy bien,en el baño la ducha muy estrecha pero como solo era una noche estuvo bien.

good price/value for a central hotel in an quiet square. 5 min to Paddington, short way to Hyde Park, at least 2 good pubs nearby with ales on tap. room and beds ok+, chair, table, window to open, central heating, lots of takeaway, cafes and restaurants. ok breakfast, both english and continental

Property is 5 mins walking distance from Paddington station so very convenient. Room& double bed were small but clean & compact.
We were on the top floor up several flights of narrow stairs (no lift) which made it difficult to bring our luggage up. (As we were only here one night we left the main luggage in reception)
Cooked breakfast is on offer & luggage storage facilities which were great.
The only small improvement would be to add a small fridge to the rooms.
Would stay again. Thank you!

No one helped us with our luggage. We had to carry them along those very steep stairs. Best experience ever. I loved carrying luggages over 3 stor so it’s ok and I will still come next time.

we have to walk the stairs from ground floor to 3rd floor with 2 big luggages when we arrived, the toilet flush faucet has very little water and small place when we took the shower as well as our room were noisy, which was faced in the cross street.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Was allowed to get into the room early. Close to Paddington Station, which is a plus, however you can feel the vibrations and sounds from the underground trains. They do not have ice. Our room was very small, but that was expected. However, not enough hot water for a shower. I did not like having to turn in the room key each time we left the hotel room.
