Great value for money for the location, friendly staff and very clean and well kept hotel.

Super convenient location.

Room was clean. Staff were rude depending on who you spoke to. Rooms WAY smaller than expected but you live and learn. Biggest takeaway was the room was very clean.

Near to st.Mary hospital, easy to find groceries store, lots of restaurants and very close to paddington station

Nice area hotel practical and good price

No frills, good place to lay your head for a couple of nights! This is my second stay here, really love the location as I'm usually out from early morning til late at night. Do not expect anything too fancy/ modern. The rooms are dated but we found the rooms reasonably clean and comfortable for price (we paid £80/ night) which is extremely good considering location - it's 2 mins from Paddington station. We had a tea and coffee selection which was fine by us. The beds, towels and surfaces were clean. I noted thick dust behind things like the radiators but I wasn't fussed about this personally. There was some little shower gel tubes and soaps. The shower hot water was a bit hit and miss. We could hear and feel the rumblings of the underground from the top floor but I think this is common (I used to live in London and had the same thing at my flat). Staff warm and welcoming. There is no elevator so I would recommend checking in advance if you have any mobility issues or things like fatigue or other physical health concerns. On our final day we left our bags in the reception area - there is not actually a locked storage room. We sensibly took all our valuables and left our bags with no issues. Will be back again in future, thanks so much.

No shampoo or soap provided. Had exactly one towel for 2 people. They happily gave us a second towel but up and down 5 flights of stairs was a lot for a towel that should have already been their.

Nice area close to restaurant and Paddington station. The room was bigger than expected, we're very comfortable. I'll stay again. Staff very friendly.

The hotel was lovely, we found it to be quiet and clean and everything we wanted for a budget stay in London. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the location is fantastic with a bus stop right outside and a short walk to the tube and trains. We walked into London which was great seeing different sights.

No airport shuttle

Friendly staff and spotlessly clean room in a great location for Paddington and beyond and at a reasonable rate. If you have heavy bags, the many steep and narrow stairs to the top floors might be a challenge for some

Close to paddington station

If you're after a quieter night, do not book basement rooms as there's noise from the trains till late evening and start early mornings

Staff very caring and room was good for the price

Nice staff and clean rooms. Was allowed to get into the room early. Close to Paddington Station, which is a plus, however you can feel the vibrations and sounds from the underground trains. They do not have ice. Our room was very small, but that was expected. However, not enough hot water for a shower. I did not like having to turn in the room key each time we left the hotel room.
