Very good, clean, and comfortable room. The reception is very friendly and provided a lot of extra help to us.

Clean, location close to tube station. Helpful staff. Solved the hot water problem within 2 hours. The entance is in low profile,but it is okay,

It's convenience, walk to underground station around 8 min. Nearby has the spitalfield market

Close to a tube station and very clean

Stort rum med 5 bäddar, komplett kök med spis, ugn, kyl, vattenkokare och allt vi behövde. Saknade matbord att sitta tillsammans vid, vi fick äta i omgångar för att kunna sitta (det fanns bara 3 höga barstolar). Ingen hiss. Vid incheckningen började portieren be om dricks, vilket vi fann lite frånstötande (kulturkrock, kanske?). Bra läge, lite lugnare gata, men ändå en massa ljud från sophantering etc ute. Öronproppar behövs. Tunnelbana och buss några minuters promenad bort.

The room was adequate and check in was easy. Just had a but if disturbance because if other people banging doors and since my room was right next to the street, I couldn’t sleep very well. The room was clean and property at a nice location.

Check in took forever. When we arrived, the guy on reception was dealing with another guest who was having communication issues, so we were left standing in the corridor for about 15 minutes before we could even check in. Then I was told there was a £75 deposit to pay, which was never mentioned when I booked or in the confirmation email. Apparently it takes 7–10 days to get it back, and if it doesn’t show up, you’re told to contact your bank. It would’ve been nice to know about this beforehand. I don’t really understand why they don’t just keep your card details on file and charge you if there’s any damage. We got upgraded to a suite, but it was still really small so I can’t imagine what the room we’d originally booked would have been like. The room was okay cleanliness wise. The beds were clean, but the floors and walls definitely weren’t. We didn’t use the kitchen because we were only there for one night, but if we’d been staying any longer, I would’ve expected it to be cleaner. Overall it’s fine if you just need somewhere to sleep and won’t be spending much time in the room, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay. (There was a resident cat who was absolutely lovely)

The location is good. It is a lively area. The room was clean. However, the room or mini-apartment was so tiny...... I do not recommend it for two people. The rooms are just too small and narrow.

Beliggenhet og nærområde: Hotellet ligger i et veldig pent og koselig nabolag. Nærheten til Old Street stasjon var et stort pluss for oss, og gjorde det utrolig praktisk å komme seg rundt i byen. Et perfekt utgangspunkt for å utforske London! ​Rom og fasiliteter: Selve rommet holdt typisk britisk standard. Det var riktignok noe trangt og kompakt, men utover dette var det et helt fint og komfortabelt rom som fungerte ypperlig for vårt behov. Vi opplevde en liten utfordring med varmtvannet, men dette ble håndtert på en svært profesjonell og effektiv måte – problemet var ferdig løst mens vi var ute på farten. ​ Service: Det som virkelig trekker opp er hotellets ansatte. Betjeningen var utrolig imøtekommende, trivelige og behjelpelige under hele oppholdet, noe som ga en veldig god atmosfære. ​Oppsummering: Alt i alt hadde vi en veldig bra opplevelse her. Til tross for et litt trangt rom, gjør den gode servicen og den praktiske beliggenheten at vi absolutt kan anbefale dette hotellet til andre.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and had a kitchenette which turned out to be very helpful for not spending the whole budget on eating out every meal, and it was tucked away in an otherwise very active and cool neighborhood with a lot of nice restaurants, and walking distance to public transportation to everywhere we wanted to go

Pictures are a little misleading, this space was VERY small, the bathroom was a little claustrophobic even. Aircon was good, staff friendly enough, and there was a cat too which was fun.

It was exactly what I was looking for for a 2 night stay.

Très petit. Les photos ne représentent pas le réel. Trop de bruit et la nuit à cause des bars en bas. La cuisine est petite. La salle de bain est très petite. Il y a des lits en haut pour les enfants mais trop petit pour plus de deux personnes. Le personnel est accueillant. Quand vous sortez de la porte de l’hôtel c’est une piste de vélo qui viennent à tout allure. Je ne retourne pas dans cet hotel.

Excellent value, good location , 5 mins from Old St. 2 bed flat is best description. Compact but perfectly formed.

Convenient location, cozy room. Was easy to communicate with the staff.

Great location, room is fitted with laundry, AC, a kitchen, bathroom, etc which is very convenient. Housekeeping was very ontop of things, overall a very comfortable stay! There’s also a very friendly cat who hangs out around reception which was a bonus.

The place was a great value and the location excellent. The reception staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay again!

Great location and air con

Excellent location, and the room had everything I needed. I will be sure to come back here for future stays.

Room was immaculate, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was a god send. In a lively and vibrant area. Great for shops and plenty of food options nearby. The property had mixed reviews but really could not fault it, especially when staying over in the hottest weekend ever. The property was even able to accommodate two extra guests ( our friends) when their hotel cancelled at the last minute. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
