The room is clean and tidy, and conveniently located near the train station. The space is ideal for one person. However, the Wi-Fi connection is poor, and the chair in the room is too heavy. I would suggest replacing it with a lighter one.

I was being told that the twin rooms were all located on the lower ground floor. However, there was a very stinky smell in the room mainly from the toilet which made the experience become the worst. I believe no one wants to stay in such a room. Although the staff are polite, that doesn’t help if the property itself is in a poor condition. When I saw from the outside of the room, the steam and gas from the pipes were so close to the window of the room. See the image attached. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

離Victoria Station大約10分鐘步行。雖然離鐵道近會聽到火車經過聲音，但對於整天玩累下來的旅客來說，此聲音不是問題。

Läget var A och O för vår bokning.Ett mycket välplacerat boende, nära till allt. Incheckning/utcheckning och bagageförvaring fungerade perfekt, dygnet runt reception som alltid var till hjälp om man behövde något.
Rent rymligt rum, bra AC, fint och bra ventilerat badrum, god frukost med trevlig servis.
Dålig lukt i rummet, lite källardoft (rum 510, en trappa ned) men man vande sig fort och fick inga fysiska tecken på dålig luftmiljö (två av oss är astmatiker och blev ej påverkade alls) .
Mkt ljud och vibrationer från närliggande järnväg Victoria men vi upplevde det som sövande, vaknade enbart första natten av fem. Lärde oss snabbt att inte ha toalettdörren stängd på natten för att slippa vibrationer👌
Vi trivdes bra och kommer gärna tillbaka igen (gärna då att man kan välja kuddsort, vilket var resans stora minus denna gång) 🤗

Lage ist super, direkt an der Victoria Station, wo jede Menge Busse und Bahnen fahren. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber, super nützlich war die leistungsfähige Klimaanlage. Diverse Pubs und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für London top!

Greeted by very helpful front desk staff. In view of my walking with a stick we were given a room very near to the lift….but you could not hear the lift 😊. Information useful for our stay readily given.
The Aircon was good but the real bonus was an opening window.
Breakfast was a very good continental spread with something for everyone and continuously replenished. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby all day as well as a nice selection in the room.
It was in a very central position just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Rail and Coach Stations, providing easy bus access too. The front desk staff were also very helpful re directions and about getting a taxi.
Would definitely recommend and also stay again ourselves.. well done!!

The staff at this hotel was so helpful and friendly. They gave directions, hailed a cab for us, gave us information about different restaurants, sight-seeing activities and they were able to provide tickets! This hotel is in a great location close to the bus and train station, shopping and restaurants. We had a room for 3 of us and it was small with not much extra room for our luggage. In addition, we arrived 3 hours before check-in time and they accommodated us. I would definitely stay here again.
