Only bad things were the bathroom floor has fallen through so was sunk badly and the shower head desperately needs replacing.

The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Soap dispensers didn't work/empty. Informed staff did nothing. Shower was leaking. Toilet was disgusting. Windows were filthy. Blinds were faulty. Overall very disappointing.

There was a rowdy wedding going on and staff were overstretched. Shouting and banging of doors all night. Comfortable bed, but hair in the shower. Behaviour of other guests is of course out of the staff’s control, but more staff should have been on duty in anticipation.
