Excellent small hotel - my room was quite small but adequate for my needs - very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Staff was extremely helpful. Best of all, the hotel was half a block from the Baker St. Underground and the Marylebone High Street neighborhood was full of great shops and restaurants of all kinds - and the Sunday Marylebone Street market was amazing.

Location is brilliant. Hotel is quiet and clean, with friendly staff. Rooms are smallish, but it’s London and I think perfect for a short stay. A really comfortable bed, all amenities you could possibly need (hairdryer, ironing board, safe, fridge, robes etc). Walking distance to restaurants and bars, the tube station is at the end of the street, and only a 10 min walk to selfridges.
Our second time staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again. It’s my go to hotel in London. Really lovely and decent price.
Breakfast is complimentary, and whilst I think it could be slightly better, there’s plenty of choice and a coffee machine etc, and it’s free, so no complaints.

Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms seem to have been renovated so good conditiion except television reception patchy and sometimes no hot water in morning. Main issue is the curtains in rooms do not block out bright light from emergency exit lighting so did not sleep well which wad disappounting

Amazing location, walking distance to shops, underground, restaurants and attractions. Had a warm welcome. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was nice and overall service was very efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

All good but the breakfast is repetitive without much fruit options and the “potatoes”, bacon and sausage are terrible cooked. It takes so little to do it well, perhaps they should change brands because those potatoes are from another planet. Same with the mushrooms. I stayed for a week, I guess for two days is ok.
