Brilliant hotel - immaculate, traditional, great food and fabulous staff.

All excellent with very attentive staff. Clean, recently decorated and perfect for a town centre stay with places to eat and things to do. Can’t really fault it.

Lovely facility in a quaint town. My only complaint was they are not gluten free friendly!

We love. Staging here when visiting my granddaughter. We love everything about this place. Hope to be back here next year.

We booked Sunday and Monday night for a relaxing stay. We should have done our homework beforehand as we had never stayed in a hotel that closed its restaurant on those evenings. Breakfast was very nice, however you have to help yourself to everything - hot drinks, cold buffet, cook your own toast, hot breakfast. Staff were on hand to assist, stock up and clear tables. We found it all very DIY, so if you want a relaxing stay and to be waited on hand and foot, this place is NOT for you. Daily cleaning of the room was good, however you could easy find fault if you went looking. Monday night was £146 b&b with an open bar. So not what I consider good value or luxury. Perhaps it lends itself to large business conference efficiency. We would not choose to return unless we needed to be in the centre of Farnham.

Perfectly fine, but probably not "£180 nice". Courtyard room too cold. Beautiful town however, and did the job as a base for concert

Lovely quintessential English hotel with modern bedrooms in Farnham town. Staff very accommodating and pleasant. The experience made for a very pleasant reunion with family.

Another wonderful stay at the Bush in beautiful Farnham! Each year we come back to find yet another upgrade to the property. This year the walkway from the free parking lot to the hotel had been repaved - great improvement! And Christmas dinner was lovely. Great service, great property.

Reception was fine, and the room comfortable, but I had to complain about poor service at breakfast. I was left waiting half an hour for my full english. The waitress didn't do her job properly.

My review would have been 5 star except for the heating in the bedroom. This is centrally controlled and we had to ask reception to turn it on. To be fair they did this immediately, but you can't adjust it in your room so it went from too cold to too hot!

The safe (lock box) didn't work on arrival, asked them to fix it, came home in the evening and it wasn't done. Had to call again in the morning and they had to change the battery. Wasn't a fan of the thermostat being locked There was an old phone in the room that didn't work at all, had to have that replaced. Definitely need to polish up on things.

Generally excellent just a couple of points though The room wasn’t that well lit and the windows although double glazed needed upgrading Some fresh milk in the fridge would have been the icing on the cake

The reception staff were amazing and very helpful. I appreciated them providing a ground floor entrance as I requested. The manager allowed me access to my room well before the check-in time after my long flight from Australia. I highly recommend the Bush Hotel to everyone visiting Farnham, Surrey, UK.

It was a lovely property with lots to do around it.
