Close to underground. The room was clean and spacious. Out of my expectations , there is a kitchen and a washing machine is provided. Everything in the kitchen were tidy and clean. But the walls are too thin, so the talking of our neighbour rooms in the midnight became a nuisance to us. There is no hooks in the toilet for hanging towels/ clothes .

tLocation is ok. Many Vietnamese restaurants around, convenience to eat. Also lots of bars in the neighborhood, watch out for people gotten too high. There is an ambulance station across the street, you will enjoy the siren sound day and night. I stayed at the room with sliding room, get bumped into head for the first couple days.

老闆友善, 室內的佈置如上載圖片。我住的是3人房間，住了5晚， 雙人床+單人床+梳化床後，再放4個行李箱，仍有很多地方走動, 在倫敦已很不錯，只是房間向大路比較嘈，但關上窗戶亦可以。廚房內有洗衣機設備，但圖片及房間陳述中沒有表明，希望店主可加上，方便下位旅客盤算。下次去倫敦也會租住這間旅店。

非常好的一間旅館，房間寬敞，有廚房洗衣機雪櫃，鄰近餐廳食市，超級市場，地鐵站。 衹是欠缺早餐，但不是問題。附近有超級市場可以買定早餐朝早自己煮食。

The room is tidy and big. There is a nice kitchen inside the room with pan, oven and microwave oven. However, there is no lift and it is hard upstairs to room with heavy luggages. Also it takes about 15 minutes to the nearest underground. There is some supermarkets near the hotel. We can buy food to make by ourselves.

還可以；唯一不好燒飯的爐和焗爐不太光用！但是我覺得價錢可以便一些；有時候要主動說清潔房間他們才有人來！

Extremely friendly staff,very close distance from hotel to hoxton overground. Clean and tidy.

The room was lovely and clean and we were so glad we had a kitchen so we could keep food, the staff were friendly and we loved how Central the hotel was

The room was squeaky clean, and the bed very comfortable. Close to Hoxton station and a great price.

Large enough for our family of 4, comfy beds and hot showers, kitchenette, clothes washer and friendly staff!

I sent two emails before my arrival and—guess what—no reply. When I checked in, the night staff knew absolutely nothing, and the receptionist was so incompetent it was almost impressive. Then came the room. The TV didn’t work, no housekeeping, paint stains all over the bathroom, an eyelash glued to the door (lovely), a dirty shower, and even the safety instructions were stuck on upside down—which is ironic, because the whole stay felt upside down anyway. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse… surprise! The next morning the “manager” asked how my stay was—as if he had zero idea what had happened. Clearly, no one had briefed him. His reply was a masterpiece of nonsense, mixing everything together instead of simply apologizing for the total lack of professionalism from him and his team. In short: If you want a truly horrible stay, this is the place for you!

Room was comfortable and for the price being in London with close walk to Hoxton overground train which connects you to a few interchanges to get into central London makes it well placed. It's no frills, the walls are thin but not enough to keep you up at night but also thin enough to guess what your neighbours are up to... There's no blackout curtains so be aware in the summer it may be problematic. The AC works for both heating and cooling. The little bathroom was clean and the shower was fine with decent pressure and very hot water should you want it. It's a cheap hotel but clean, does what needs for the price can't really fuss about it. The receptionist was very pleasant too.

The staff were terrific and tried their best. Considering I checked in for just 1 night at 11:30pm (and was planning on leaving at 7:30am) - I had to basically try 3 different rooms because: 1st one had a constantly flickering main light; 2nd one was freezing cold and the AC unit was still not able to give heat after 20 minutes; 3rd room was basically a window-less box but at least the heater was working. Everything was basic but clean.

The hotel was easy to find and check-in was smooth. The room felt very dated and in need of a serious refresh. However, it was fine for a night and in a convenient location.

Lovely stay at a very decent price!! Large room for our family of 4, and really comfy. Nice beds, great shower and large kitchenette with door that closes off from the sleeping area, even a clothes washer. Plenty of towels, soap, tissues and a good hairdryer. Black out curtains helped us sleep off the jet lag. Very nice staff!! We enjoyed nearby Claudia’s for breakfast and Song Que for Vietnamese lunch. Close enough to see all the sights with easy public transport (about 20 mins).
