Close to underground. The room was clean and spacious. Out of my expectations , there is a kitchen and a washing machine is provided. Everything in the kitchen were tidy and clean. But the walls are too thin, so the talking of our neighbour rooms in the midnight became a nuisance to us. There is no hooks in the toilet for hanging towels/ clothes .

tLocation is ok. Many Vietnamese restaurants around, convenience to eat. Also lots of bars in the neighborhood, watch out for people gotten too high. There is an ambulance station across the street, you will enjoy the siren sound day and night. I stayed at the room with sliding room, get bumped into head for the first couple days.

老闆友善, 室內的佈置如上載圖片。我住的是3人房間，住了5晚， 雙人床+單人床+梳化床後，再放4個行李箱，仍有很多地方走動, 在倫敦已很不錯，只是房間向大路比較嘈，但關上窗戶亦可以。廚房內有洗衣機設備，但圖片及房間陳述中沒有表明，希望店主可加上，方便下位旅客盤算。下次去倫敦也會租住這間旅店。

非常好的一間旅館，房間寬敞，有廚房洗衣機雪櫃，鄰近餐廳食市，超級市場，地鐵站。 衹是欠缺早餐，但不是問題。附近有超級市場可以買定早餐朝早自己煮食。

The room is tidy and big. There is a nice kitchen inside the room with pan, oven and microwave oven. However, there is no lift and it is hard upstairs to room with heavy luggages. Also it takes about 15 minutes to the nearest underground. There is some supermarkets near the hotel. We can buy food to make by ourselves.

還可以；唯一不好燒飯的爐和焗爐不太光用！但是我覺得價錢可以便一些；有時候要主動說清潔房間他們才有人來！

A no-frills hotel in a good location. The staff were relatively friendly, the room looked exactly as it did in the photos, and there are a few basic amenities. For the price point, this hotel was a solid choice.

Liked lift. Disliked step to get into further rooms

Staff were very pleasant and the location is very good and close to Hoxton station with good links to Whitechapel and a number of underground lines, as well as in walking distance of Old Street station. The room was clean, but very run down and poorly maintained. A bit of wear and tear doesn’t bother me too much, but there were a lot of random stains all over the floor and walls. The pillows were also very flat and lumpy, so uncomfortable. The curtains also didn’t fully cover the window, so with being on a main road it was very bright and challenging to sleep. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again based on the poor maintenance of the room.

Tv didmt work amd the staff basically just shrugged their shoulders .

La chambre était propre et grande avec une petite pièce cuisine à part (avec mini four équipé de plaques, micro-ondes, mini frigo, bouilloire, lave-linge) très bien agencée. Le personnel était à l'écoute et réactif. Seul point noir de la chambre avec fenêtre le bruit et la lumière de la rue. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant et les fenêtres pas forcément à double vitrage donc pour ceux plus sensibles à ça, je conseille fortement des bouchons d'oreilles et de quoi se couvrir les yeux. À part ça, hôtel très agréable et bien placé (arrêt de bus juste à côté très bien desservi et zone de restaurants et bars sympas à moins de 15mn à pied), je ne regrette pas.

I booked an accessible room. I have no idea how the room i stayed in could ever have been considered accessible. The room was way too small for easy manoeuvring of a wheelchair and there was a step up to the tiny bathroom. There were no grab rails or other accessible assistants in the room. Also, there were loafs of ants in my room. Before i checked in, i got a message saying my card payment had failed and my booking would be cancelled. That was very stressful and a bit of an overreaction. On the plus side, staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced and in a decent location.
