Parking instructions lacking

Owner was kind and tried to help. Very soft bed, bed lights not working, shower not working well, easily hear the other guests and when the doors slam, the compressor turns on every 5-10 second which can clearly be heard in the room is stayed in. It was super warm, and I only had a fan blowing the air around. Neighborhood was okay, but the hotel was placed in a small yard/through a gate which at first was a bit difficult to find.

There was a mouse in my room. Overall condition of accomodation was grubby. Would not recommend.

Very dirty rooms. I asked to be moved from the 1st room given due to the layers of dust everywhere. They moved me to another room, which was slightly better but still below par. The room was cold. Hotel very noisy, poor sound proofing. I literally got no sleep. They advertise free parking, but charge £20 per night when you get there. The pictures do not reflect the rooms. They are extremely small. I didn't even want to use the shower. I left at the earliest opportunity in the morning. I slept on top of the bed with towels as they were the only clean thing in the room. I dont usually leave negative reviews, however I was very disappointed with this stay. Although its a budget hotel, there should still be a minimum standard. Only positive is the location is in easy reach of everything.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette hôtel. La chambre est trop petite, la salle de bain minuscule avec la cuve des toilettes collé au lavabo. La cabine de douche petite. La chambre est très chaude, bien que le chauffage était éteint. Je pense que la cuisine de l’hôtel est dessous. La 3ème nuit, nous sommes entrés à l’hôtel à 2h30. La chambre était très chaud comme un sauna, le chauffage était allumé et très chaud. J’ai voulu fermer le robinets du radiateur mais le robinets était cassé. J’ai demandé à la réception d'arrêter le radiateur il m’a dit que le chauffage s'allume automatiquement. Nous n’avons pas pu dormi avant 5h00 et il fallait libéré la chambre avant 11h00. J'avais demandé à la réception si je pouvais sortir à 12h00, ils m’ont dit de payer 10£ l'heure. (Aucun geste commercial) Les têtes d'oreiller étaient jaune. Le support de la télé cassé, elle va bientôt tombé. Pour le parking, j’ai payé 20£ par nuit (60£) pour garer la voiture. Je pensais que j'allais me garer dans une place de parking mais l’hôtel n’a pas de parking. Ils m'ont fais garer la voiture devans l'entrée. Franchement nous avons eu un mauvais séjour.

Stayed here due to location and carpark (which we were then told was an extra £20). Hotel room was up two flights of stairs (no lift offered). Once entering the room, you could clearly see that this room had not had a thorough clean for a long time…. Even finding a pair of someone else’s dirty underwear under the bed side table. 1 coat hanger, between my husband and I…. but No pole in the wardrobe to hang it on. Some questionable stains all down the backs of the bathroom door, the bin was completely rusty, there was no kettle, or even any cups to pour our own drinks into. Drawers were bashed up, and to top it all off, the view outside the window… at eye level, was a poor homeless persons set up! Not pleasant for either of us! Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.

Arrived only 1 towel in family room mentioned to reception informed they would rectify it, they didn't. Only half a toilet roll available, no tea coffe facilities in room, you could make one down stairs if you wanted to. Bathroom no plug in sink toilet was dirty and tiles held on wall with packing tape Overall it was the worst accommodation i have had the misfortune of using in London

The hotel was brilliant for one night stay staff were kind and polite beds were comfortable downside was the kettle and microwave was downstairs

Convenient for everything I went to Hackney for. Friendly staff.

While the room is small it still has two beds, a tv, an on suite bathroom with a shower and a fan, though ours didn't work. Our room got a bit warm but it was small enough that opening a window cooled it down a lot. While the beds aren't incredible they're good enough for a cheap London hotel. My only real issue is the hotel itself is a little tricky to find, it's around a weird bend.

Clean room, staff ok very cosy room.

The room had a double bed a radiator with the taps removed so you couldn’t heat the bedroom. The double bed was rammed up against the radiator also. The shower was filthy and stank of sewerage. THE FIRE ALARM either wasn’t connected or the battery wasn’t working! The carpet was thick with dirt and grease. The mattress was new and the sheets clean. If a hotel inspector visits I think they would be closed down. Never ever again. The temperature that night was below zero

Rated check in poor as they wanted cash to park the car then reception questioned me on it before I left, the hotel is very old and tired the shower screen is covered in limescale and black mould on the tiles, honestly one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in I hardly slept!!
