Excellent location, just next to the DLR Station that 10 min to Canary Whary. Room was very clean, very good to have simple breakfast and use the kitchen. I can save much from eating outside. Resonable price for london, so do not except you can get much service. Nice staff.

很便利，離地鐵站走路幾分鐘路程。Hotel對面，加油站旁有24小時超市，應有盡有。Hotel有厨房可使用，且供應簡單的早餐食材，蛋，牛奶，穀類，水果等。

非常不错的酒店，距离地铁站非常近，很容易到达伦敦市中心，提供非常多的餐具，可以自己烹饪早餐，超赞，老板人很好，还免费借给我们转换插头，非常感谢，很不错的住宿体验

I can't imagine this hotel is on line of Expedia website. I regretted living in this bad hotel for one week. Bad service, unfriendly front-counter, suck breakfast, and poor room service. Never go to this place

交通便利，自己煮早餐，適合自由行人士。

Situated in Zone 2 but close to coach station in Bow Church. when I arrived the man gave me a key for room in 1 floor. While I opened the door, I saw some clothes and luggages inside! After I got a room in 3 Floor and it seemed clean, tidy and with good view. Sometimes they give you the key for the main door like me but sometimes not like others. If it is the latter case then you need to ring the door bell. A mini-supermarket is opposite to the hotel and attached to the petroleum station. If you don't care about the rude service, then it is alright in London with such a price and you can prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen in the morning.

staff會協助解決問題，蠻nice的，雖然沒有笑臉迎人啦。地下室的餐廳都不會關，裡面有微波爐、烤箱可使用，可買微波食品節省花費。對面有一家24小時超市，但價格似乎較貴。早餐要自己煎蛋、烤土司，好處是自己想怎麼處理都可以，但廚房小，有人在裡面時，會需要等待，並需自己清洗餐具。 這家酒店住起來是蠻溫馨的，走一段路去搭地鐵也不是太遠。因為這家酒店在DLR的Bow church站隔壁,但遊客除了去格林威治很少會搭DLR,要走300公尺到Bow road搭tube，問題是Bow road沒有電梯，行李要用搬的。 我是住私人浴室，位置在主棟。有去看共用浴室那邊的房間，要走出去到戶外的樓梯才能到隔壁棟，如果下雨這一小段沒有遮擋的地方，我看的那間房電燈要等一下子才會亮，兩種房型的房間大小差不多。

right next to DLR, few minutes walk to tube, very convenience. you can make your breakfast with stuff provided, eggs, cereal, bread, milk, bananna are provided. room and condition is good. however, bed blanket were changed twice a week, bathing and hair cleaning gel were not provided. most importantly, reception counter staff is very cool, watching at the TV or PC monitor all the time, not quite friendly, no greeting to you all the time, even a good morning could not be heard despite we said to him very morning.

Near underground, bus station and train station, very convenience, my room is no air conditioner, just provide fan, not suitable in very hot weather. When I go to my room from ground floor, I need to walk a staircase without cover, fortunately, there is no raining when I stay in London 4 days. Actually, I feel quite dangerous because just only one staircase/exit in the hotel.

From out side building looks very run down corridors clean Room clean but very basic staff friendly and happy to help rooms could do with up grade hotel.in a good location there is a kitchen down stairs so you can make your self a drink have cereal or toast there's a room with 3 tables with fruit biscuits crisps for you to help your self

This has hands down been the worst hotel I've ever booked. They leave the backdoor to the hotel open all through the evening (safety concern), the wifi did not work at all (so don't plan on doing any work if you're staying here), we did not have housekeeping come even once to our room (just clean towels delivered to us once in the week we were there), and.....we got bed bugs. When we tried to pursue a refund (because now we have to buy loads of things to clean out our homes, now infested by bed bugs), they said that there's no way, and if there was a way, it was our duty to inspect the room prior to staying there and that we should have complained (just like how we repeatedly complained about the wifi to absolutely no avail). I have the photos to prove it, with the metadata to demonstrate exactly where the photos are taken, and now I have the bites to prove it too. Travelers, beware and go somewhere else entirely. Uncleanliness is unforgivable, but the customer service and unaccountability stretches this to realms beyond even that.

Does the job. Room gets hot (not a bad thing), water gets hot (not a bad thing), very little amenities (hand soap and towels) - but for a great location, a breakfast next door and easy commutes this is the perfect place to rest your head. Don't expect a 5-star hotel. Expect a bed and quick hospitality for a fair price.

I was locked out originally, no one answered the door. Although i only booked the room at 23.30 and only paid £57 Room was basic, the bathroom door was rotting

The hotel was very poorly presented and looked shabby with a chained bike frame hanging off the fence. The walls were stained and dirty, the rooms were badly decorated and stained and damaged doors. There was mould throughout the shower and windows. Carpets were poorly fitted. Hardly any natural light with tired curtains. I asked for another room but they were all of the same condition. We booked for 2 nights but left the next day. Total waste of money. Should not even be listed as a hotel. I would remove it from your list.

I just needed a place to sleep. It was clean, but ver sparse. The price was very good, so I have no complaints.
