시티스테이 호텔

런던시내와 지하철로 20분정도 떨어진 조용했으면 하는 호텔 조식을 마음대로 조리해 먹을 수 있어 좋으나, 오래된 호텔다운 모습을 간직한 호텔 남자라면 얼마든지 이용가능하겠지만, 여성분들이라면 생각을 많이 해보시길.. 영국에서 가성비는 참 좋은 호텔입니다.

ExCel London 박람회/학회장에서 교통이 매우 편리하며, 부엌에는 모든 주요 식자재가 마련되어 있어 마음껏 음식을 해 먹을 수 있어서 좋았음. 침구도 매우 청결하여 만족했으며, 다음 번에도 묵고 싶은 호텔임. 단, 방이 좀 좁은 편임.

My parents stayed at CityStay for a weekend, they were two people, one with a disability (needs a walker, but can take the few steps to the entrance with help). They arrived late as their flight was delayed but, having stayed here once before, we were aware to let them know in advance. The guy at the reception was a bit confused as I was with my parents and he thought it was going to be three people, but after explaining I was just accompanying them to the room everything was ok and he was nice and accommodating. My parents were also given a room which was accessible with the walker, but wasn't super spacious. I think it is a good option if you're coming to visit London and you're going to be out all day, as it offers a very basic level of accommodation, but the price is probably one of the best around, so it's a decent trade-off. My family has been at this hotel before and they will probably stay again as it is so close to DLR, buses, and District line, and it has a lot of food places around which offer from breakfast to dinner, a corner store, and an Asda open 24/7.

From out side building looks very run down corridors clean Room clean but very basic staff friendly and happy to help rooms could do with up grade hotel.in a good location there is a kitchen down stairs so you can make your self a drink have cereal or toast there's a room with 3 tables with fruit biscuits crisps for you to help your self

This has hands down been the worst hotel I've ever booked. They leave the backdoor to the hotel open all through the evening (safety concern), the wifi did not work at all (so don't plan on doing any work if you're staying here), we did not have housekeeping come even once to our room (just clean towels delivered to us once in the week we were there), and.....we got bed bugs. When we tried to pursue a refund (because now we have to buy loads of things to clean out our homes, now infested by bed bugs), they said that there's no way, and if there was a way, it was our duty to inspect the room prior to staying there and that we should have complained (just like how we repeatedly complained about the wifi to absolutely no avail). I have the photos to prove it, with the metadata to demonstrate exactly where the photos are taken, and now I have the bites to prove it too. Travelers, beware and go somewhere else entirely. Uncleanliness is unforgivable, but the customer service and unaccountability stretches this to realms beyond even that.

Does the job. Room gets hot (not a bad thing), water gets hot (not a bad thing), very little amenities (hand soap and towels) - but for a great location, a breakfast next door and easy commutes this is the perfect place to rest your head. Don't expect a 5-star hotel. Expect a bed and quick hospitality for a fair price.

I was locked out originally, no one answered the door. Although i only booked the room at 23.30 and only paid £57 Room was basic, the bathroom door was rotting

The hotel was very poorly presented and looked shabby with a chained bike frame hanging off the fence. The walls were stained and dirty, the rooms were badly decorated and stained and damaged doors. There was mould throughout the shower and windows. Carpets were poorly fitted. Hardly any natural light with tired curtains. I asked for another room but they were all of the same condition. We booked for 2 nights but left the next day. Total waste of money. Should not even be listed as a hotel. I would remove it from your list.

I just needed a place to sleep. It was clean, but ver sparse. The price was very good, so I have no complaints.

It’s really well situated, right next to the DLR. The room itself was as basic as you could get - the sheets were clean and new, but it was definitely not very clean, look like a deep clean hadn’t been done in there in a long time. It wasn’t disgusting, just not perfect. The shower was like a dribble, but there was a great TV with smart features. On a budget, it was pretty much exactly what I needed, but if you’re looking for anything other than a clean bed I’d think twice. No other facilities in the hotel - it’s less a hotel than a bunch of separate rooms. Like a hostel with an upgrade. Tbf I’d probably go again if I was in a dire need, but if you can find somewhere else for £50 that meets your needs I might advise doing that. Lol

Everything good for the price, clean and decent size room free coffee fruit cereal and toast in kitchen. I’ll definitely be back and right next door to dlr Bow rd

The staff very helpful put us in the ground floor cause the heat was so bad witch was good

Poor kitchen facilities and poor maintenance

Location is great, however the room was not particularly clean and the plug sockets was hanging loose off the wall. Also i had to wait outside for 20minutes before i could check in as there was no one at the desk.
