Overall is a good hotel and I will recommend it. - The location is good: Opposite to Hyde Park. Great for travelers who’d like to jog or run during their stay; Close to Lancaster Gate Station. 8-mins walk to Paddington Station. Convenient to take buses. - Room is clear in general. - Staff are also nice and helpful. - Ventilation is not good in washroom. Smell will be trapped after using the toilet. - Ventilation is not very good in the room; Air conditioner is difficult to manage. - The hangers can’t be moved from the closet area. - The shower head is stick to the wall. It will be much better if it is movable. - The menu for the buffet breakfast is same for every day.

This hotel is very close to subway station and the Hyde park. The room is also very comfortable. The staffs are also very professional and nice. I enjoy my stay here!

It's a good hotel but seems too old, the facility in the room look old. The toilet has a leaking problem, but we only stayed two night so we didn't complain to hotel. But the location is very very good, just beside the Hyde Park.

A decent accommodation for the price although some cleaning, specifically air vent grills, could use some attention. The bathroom is not particularly nice but this seems to be the standard in these older London hotels/ buildings. The TV also was not too great and only played music stations and a few select old shows. Staff was always great and it is located very close to Lancaster Gate and Paddington is not too far so getting around on the tube was easy from here. Hyde park is close by for having a nice walk about with the family. Would stay again since the tested were reasonable.

Great hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good selection for all tastes. Room was compact but had everything you need and close to tube station

Hotel curato e in posizione piacevole e molto strategica: davanti ad Hyde Park, quasi sopra una stazione della metropolitana e a una fermata per autobus verso il centro, con passaggi frequenti. Colazione varia e abbondante. Camera pulita e complessivamente confortevole: migliorabile il bagno, con lavandino minuscolo e doccia allestita nella vasca da bagno, un po' scomoda e macchinosa; inoltre il letto matrimoniale non era accessibile dai due lati, a causa delle dimensioni della stanza. I disagi sono però collegati e in buona parte compensati dal fascino degli spazi, situati in un palazzo d'epoca. Pareti sottili: bisogna sperare nell'educazione degli altri ospiti.

Ok Bra miljön

Meget slitt hotell med behov for oppgraderinger. Vond lukt på rommet og generelt i etasjen, mistenker fuktlekkasjer. Lukten sitter i klær, toalettmappe og koffert når man kommer hjem. Betjening var dog serviceinnstilte og høflige (fikk en vifte i resepsjon på forespørsel). Resepsjonist informerte om frokost frem til kl 1030 ved innsjekk, men ikke at denne stenger kl 0930 på ukedager- og vi kom dessverre til stengt restaurant mandag morgen. En hyggelig ansatt gav oss likevel kaffe på forespørsel.

The hotel is in a great location and very reasonably priced but it is an old hotel with terrible carpet and needs some painting , but that can be overlooked for the 0ther positives. A great front desk staff , a decent breakfast and great location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

部屋の設備や食事は値段相応のホテル。 ７日間滞在したが、ベッドメイキングでカビが生えているシーツ、黄色い汚れがついたバスタオルがおかれていた日があり清潔感はいまいち。

Great location, virtually next to a station of the central line, and just a 10min walk from a circle line station. Started each morning with a full english breakfast at the hotel and then went off across the street, into hyde park to walk (by choice) to our target-site visit of the day. The hotel staff was super friendly, accommodating, and they prepared a nice, personalized welcome for my wife's birthday (card,with a nice message, chocolate, balloons, etc.). They helped her feel all the more special and added to the london-visit experience in the most positive way!
