Very good location

酒店無論地理位置、內部裝設施以及員工服務我們也很滿意，但對於自駕前來的住客來說就較不便，停車場入口非常難找，由於酒店在步行街上，而停車場入口卻在後街一條小巷 內，非常隱蔽，我們找了超過一小時，也試過進入該小巷兩次，但不見有酒店的名字，最後要致電聯絡酒店才告知預訂網站上標示的postal code有誤，車場正確入口是Old Manesty’s Lane L1 3RL, 最後浪費了約兩小時才可以順利登記入住。泊車費是每輛車£24/24小時。

A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay.

一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. The beds and sofa were really comfortable, which made it feel very homely. A great choice for both comfort and convenience.

2nd time to stay. Will be repeater!

Fantatic apartment, excellent value for money. We were upgraded to a 2 bed upon arrival, which was a lovley surprise. Couldn't ask for a better located place to stay, everything is on the doorstep. Highly recommend.

Terrific property- excellent location, great amenities, friendly & knowledgeable staff, parking on site and dog friendly! Didn’t really check the quality of the Cove before arrival but was very pleasantly surprised & impressed with the layout. Fridge, freezer, hob & oven, dishwasher & washing machine. We cooked breakfast for our family for 2 days which made the stay very pleasant ( and saved us from eating out!) Only small gripe was that the seating was a little firm.

Highly recommended. Two bedroom apartment. Perfect for families or friends as a group. Two bathrooms save time and arguments getting ready. Kitchen and dining table if you don’t feel like going out. Quiet but right in the centre of things, perfect for shopping, the waterfront, museums and plenty of restaurants and nightlife.

So central and easy to get to everything. Just enough of everything, staff brilliant, linen fresh towels soft, clean and homely. Only issue might be lack of air con especially if this weather continues!!

Great location. Good concierge service except they ran out of toilet paper the last two days of our stay so we had to purchase our own. Fully stocked kitchen for 5. Recommended.

If you're looking for an L1 postcode which is easy to find and park whilst driving, then this is the place for you. Bang central in the middle of the city with all city centre benefits as soon as you leave the apartment. The accommodation itself modern, clean and well equipped.

Great location, clean and spacious and great staff. It was very hot and so had to open windows at night which meant it was very loud at night due to night life

All around excellent place to stay to enjoy time in Liverpool! Spacious, safe and very central.
