Crowne Plaza LONDON - KINGS CROSS, an IHG Hotel

房間很小，餐廳時間不定，說好午餐時間12點開始，但一點多才說，2點才開，並只能提供飲品，要3點後才可以提供吃的，真的沒遇過這樣的餐廳，孩子們還要趕3點的火車，真的給它把行程打亂。

We stayed here with our two girls for a night to see wicked Arrived and the room was ready which was lovely staff friendly Great room shower was exceptional Bath mat was dirty but easy to miss when they’re all folded up and being put in bathrooms Friendly when leaving too allowed us to leave our luggage for the day too Would definitely recommend and will stay there again

Convenient location, welcoming staff and the breakfast was really good. However, the property is dated, doesn’t justify the price I paid for the room, housekeeping services are poor. I’ve had better experience at other IHG hotels, was a bit of a let down.

Loved our stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Great selection for breakfast.

Only bump was when asked for water one day, no one came after 3 calls and over an hour. When asked reason, fingers were pointed and quoted if being busy. Customers time should be valued especially on vacation and over an hour wasted sitting in the room waiting.

Location is good, walking distance to King’s cross train station. Bus stops nearby, in a quiet area.

Pleasant stay for my family and I on a short break to London. Room was cosy, but as advertised and it kept cost down. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. Recommend!

We couldn't fault the Hotel. The stay was very nice and staff very nice and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. No complaints what so ever.

King’s Cross in the name. Had a mile to walk once I got to KC. Bed was comfy but everything else was bang average.

They took care of us very well and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed that the location was easy to bus to attractions. Also nice to return to a less busy part of London.

Good access to Kings Cross and Farringdon and easily walkable to Russell Square so overall great location for a family stay in London

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, ya es un hotel muy viejo, el hotel no tenía funcionando el internet y no ofreció ni agua en compensación excusándose que era problema de una construcción cercana, el gerente indiferente, no tienen variedad en alimentos y hasta para papel de baño tienes que pedirlo, soy socio platino de la cadena, pero este hotel no lo recomendaré.

The room was great. Spacious still for 4 people. Only stayed for one night.. but it was in walking distance to tube stations.. great area for cafes and bars. The main bonus was it was away from the tourist trail!

We stayed three nights, Upon check in we were informed the wifi was down, and were working on it. During the whole of our stay the WiFi was out of use. Breakfasts we’re very busy with seating overflowing into to bar area, was a little unsafe having to carry hot drinks passing people whilst they waited to be seated. Overall pleasant stay, rooms clean ideal location close to Kings cross.

Petit dejeuner très complet avec beaucoup de choix. Départ tres tôt le matin on avait demandé la veille un petit dejeuner à emporter et le matin il etait prêt. Le canape lit dans la chambre est pas du tout confortable on ressent les ressorts. Hotel un peu trop éloigné pour tout faire a pieds. 30 40 min a pieds,du centre ville Plus 1h pour aller a Notting hill. Westminster buckingham palace 45 minutes aussi.

We had to switch rooms due to lack of cleaned room. Even the replaced rooms were stained and had poor cleanliness. They were also very small rooms, even for central London. I would not stay here again
