We couldn't fault the Hotel. The stay was very nice and staff very nice and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. No complaints what so ever.

They took care of us very well and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed that the location was easy to bus to attractions. Also nice to return to a less busy part of London.

Only bump was when asked for water one day, no one came after 3 calls and over an hour. When asked reason, fingers were pointed and quoted if being busy. Customers time should be valued especially on vacation and over an hour wasted sitting in the room waiting.

The room was great. Spacious still for 4 people. Only stayed for one night.. but it was in walking distance to tube stations.. great area for cafes and bars. The main bonus was it was away from the tourist trail!

We stayed three nights, Upon check in we were informed the wifi was down, and were working on it. During the whole of our stay the WiFi was out of use. Breakfasts we’re very busy with seating overflowing into to bar area, was a little unsafe having to carry hot drinks passing people whilst they waited to be seated. Overall pleasant stay, rooms clean ideal location close to Kings cross.

We had to switch rooms due to lack of cleaned room. Even the replaced rooms were stained and had poor cleanliness. They were also very small rooms, even for central London. I would not stay here again

Check in was super quick and Thanveer supported a newer member of staff to get us quickly checked in. He was very attentive and advised we had been give a free upgrade on our rooms the top floor. Breakfast had been included.
The room was comfortable and spacious. After an hour of being in the room we received a knock at the door. A lovely lady deliver balloons and a bottle of prosecco off with a nice anniversary message.
Food for evening meal amd breakfast was lovely, fresh and well prepared.
20 mons nice walk from Kings Cross, but if you have luggage get a taxi.

Air conditioning in bedroom didn't work properly so it was extremely hot at night time. In the gym it was non-existent so it was like working out in a sauna!
Premium double room was advertised as sleeping 4 people but it was such a squeeze we were forced to get a second room.
