Crowne Plaza LONDON - KINGSTON, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.

The door to the balcony didn’t close properly - room was noisy as a result Not as close to HCP as advertised

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value breakfast with freshly cooked items. Comfortable room.

Nothing to complain about. Works well ... smooth check in and check out. Car parking no problem. Hotel generally in reasonable condition and clean. Room comfortable and clean - good powerful shower. Buffet breakfast good.

The property was fine but the breakfast was only average and the coffee was awful.

Great service from John on reception. Room was clean and modern for a standard room. Tv included ability to cast from phone which was ideal. Lovely overnight stay. Will definitely stay again. Some cons, AC could circulate room a little better Link to restaurant menu didn’t take me to correct site so couldn’t view menu from room.

Lovely hotel. Newly furnished and the staff were amazing. Very friendly team who couldn’t do enough for you. If you asked for it, you got it. Extras at breakfast, no problem. I will deffo stay here again when next visiting the area. Tip:- drop luggage off at hotel reception before parking car at the rear.

The room and hotel was awesome, however when I checked in I thought everything was good until I go to the room that was given to me, I swiped my key card to go into my room and immediately got yelled at because they gave me a room and key card for a room that was already occupied, in all of my travels and stays across the world this is a first! All the staff said to me was, oh sorry, this is something I considered a very big deal, in some places across the world you go into someone else's room, you might get hurt! How a room that is already occupied and gets given to someone else is just crazy!

So clean, breakfast and dinner wonderful, beds so comfortable, and the staff deserves a 10 for meeting our every need.

Lovely location with rooms overlooking the Thames…20 minute walk to town centre.

Good value and service

Unfortunately, despite mentioning the faulty air-cons to reception immediately on arrival and again later that evening, no remedial action was undertaken. I am waiting to hear if there will be a refund.

One lift out of order, stairs dirty as work going on and pest control in action… told not to use them, glasses and crockery left outside bedroom doors for far too long, no hot water only option for tea available at breakfast. However, staff very friendly and helpful, room good, bed good, breakfast good.

Great price compared to others in the Kingston upon Thames area, bit of a walk to Hampton court but that was our choice! Good night sleep.
