Ideal for a one night stay to break a journey. Staff were all friendly and chatty.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room comfortable although tv was very pixelated and did not work for more than a few mins. Reported to cleaner in the morning as no one on reception when I left. Fire alarm woke everyone at 05.10am. No one to tell us what had happened though as no staff on duty.Found out it was someone has a shower and bathroom door was left open and this set the alarm off.

The bath had mildew around the bath One set of towels for two people!

Slept well lovely and peaceful. Very pleasant Receptionist at Check-in Amy...helpful.

Perfectly situated for my trip and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are really nice and friendly. Il happily stay here again in the future.

A great stopping place on the M6 toll. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was as clean and comfortable and had all one would expect available.

Lovely staff and room nice and clean. Room let down by cracked sink and bath with chipped enameling that both need replacing. However would stay here again if needed.

Room was fine, staff friendly, but the whole place was quite outdated. I didn’t feel the selection of restaurants was very good and missed a proper hotel breakfast. It was ok as a service station hotel.

Cheap hotel, very basic room in need of some repair but reflective in the price. Room smelt of "dogs".

Room smells like 'dogs' cheap price for a basic room. Food good at the services next door.

The hotel fabric is old but comfortable and everything worked except the hairdryer which kept cutting out.

All was fine, but the room had a strong odour of "dogs".

Last minute booking. It was all I needed. Good parking and Clean. I would stay again.

Reasonable price, nice family room

This was a great value stay in the vicinity of Drayton Manor. The staff were attentive and helpful and the hotel is attached to the services. The reception is not manned in a morning but it didn't really cause any issues other than trying to buy some breakfast vouchers. However we did manage to get some via help from a member of the team.
