Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station

What was unique about the property was no front office staff were available from morning until 3 pm. House keepers were available to assist if needed. All were reliable and friendly. Thank you

Rooms are still tired looking but for on the move travel night it’s well situated.

Parkeren is normaal £21 als je tot 24 uur wil parkeren bij de services maar omdat je een kamer hebt geboekt voeren ze dat in hun systeem en is het gratis. Kamer was ruim en netjes voor de prijs die we betaalde. Zal deze zeker weer gebruiken als we onderweg terug zijn naar Nederland.

Nice stay. Convenient as we travelled

Staff were friendly.... Bathroom was dated and very scuffed.... Had issues with the taps to run the tap...... Couple of pillows with no protectors on...... Very basic but okay as used as a stop gap on our travels....

Good budget hotel option. Super cheap and suited our needs at this price mark- for a one night stay. Tea and coffee in room. Easy to access with free parking.

Lovely stay and people and place

Probably the worst hotel, I have ever stayed in. It was incredibly noisy with lorries outside with engines on all night. Beds were uncomfortable and dated with my bedding being ripped. Facilities are very basic and one of the bath towels had blood on it where not washed correctly.

Convenient property for a stop over. Dirty windows covered in spiderwebs. Very run down building. Too hot as limited ventilation. Good family sized room. Just convenient but don’t expect much.

First non smoking family room stank of smoke. No other family rooms available so split overvtwo twins, one of which hadca faulty shower which flooded bathroom. We were only there to sleep really, so not great to have to chase around twice. Staff were as helpful as possible, but hotel quality was lacking.

Constant banging of doors and noisy guest's arriving without consideration of others staying in the hotel. Dirty bathroom. Rusty towel rail and bin along with long term soap scum deposits. No free WiFi as stated by hotel. The room is dated and much in need of an update. I no the hotel is a budget chain, but doesn't have to be bargain basement. Better go to a travel lodge.

Location was great, bathroom was clean, Bedroom smells of wet dog- which is off putting & should be highlighted that pets are allowed to stay in the rooms, or given a choice of a room that pets do not stay in. The room also needs plug sockets next to the bed for mobile phone chargers ect. Not just at the other side of the room.

Good stay

Prima hotel. Het was ruim en schoon. Ligt tegen een mc Donalds aan zo'n beetje. Het is prima voor een nacht. Hond mag mee (tegen extra betaling). In de omgeving ligt veel rommel, wat het lastig maakt een schoon plekje voor de hond te vinden.

Basic but everything u need. Pleasant, helpful staff. Im a repeat customer.

The staff was very welcoming and polite. Everything was clean.

Perfectly adequate place to get some rest. No frills but clean and comfortable, and (for the area, which is generally overpriced) decent value. Location is pretty horrid, but super convenient for travellers on the M20. I arrived after midnight and had to conduct check-in through a security grille.

Bathroom was very basic. Nowhere for toiletries. Taps were broken and stains on the walls.
