好的：環境清淨，遠離市區，整體表現不錯，房間大，價錢適當合理，有游泳池及蒸汽浴室。 不好的：兩層式沒有電梯，尾房需要走很遠。

Good: Staff, breakfast, room size and quality. Bad: intermittent and weak WiFi signal in bedroom - constantly cutting out and dropping connection. Had to move to a public area at one point to complete Teams calls.

Hotel was clean, Stella on Reception was excellent. She offered first class customer service and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She went over and above to ensure our family stay was enjoyable. Not impressed with the food. Breakfast was okay and bar food need some reviewing. Kitchen was not flexible around the menu for those with allergies or with children. When we asked to swop the chips for rice on our child’s meal we were told we couldn’t!

Seems to be a standard for hotels we have stayed at…. The bathtub is so narrow at the bottom that we had to stand sideways to be under the shower. The soap/shampoo etc dispensers were at shoulder level which made the shower space very narrow.

Good breakfast. Nice selection and tasty. I liked the fruit selection. The room was nice and good shower. Some of the gym facilities could do with being updated.

The hotel is very nice the rooms are clean and well kept. The staff are lovely especially Stella on reception she was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for your hospitality we will definitely come again.

The room was great. No complaints. After going out locally we came back for a drink in the residents bar and it was closed at 11.20pm. On asking the receptionist for some ice in a bucket to go to the room. She wasn’t happy to do this. And an unnecessary exchange took place for at least 5 minutes before she would get some ice from the closed bar so that I could use it as an icepa k

Room was nice and facilities good. The pods are a nice feature. Staff seem to be overworked which reflected on their service

Bit of a curate's egg... room was big and warm, swimming pool onsite, large grounds. However room was FAR too warm (TRV seemed to be non-functional, and didn't turn the heat down, even when set to zero). Duty manager said he would fix it next day, but didn't. On check out, receptionist said she hoped it would be fixed next time, but at no point discussed which room I had stayed in. Great huge bathroom, but almost no hot water pressure in the shower. So you're having intercourse with the bath tap (any further away and you don't get showered).

We (2 adults & a child) stayed in a suite. The double bed was very spacious and comfortable but the sofa bed left a lot to be desired - the mattress was very thin and you could feel the slats. The shower wasn't very hot, even when turned up to the max. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and checking in & out was efficient.

I was given a chalet in the courtyard, it was superb. Supremely quiet and relaxing. Cleaned spotlessly each morning 👍

Room decent, not so impressing by hotel wanting to to charge £10ph for early cgeck in if room is already avalable, and tgeir apparent practice of cancelling room keys before the 11am check out time. Had to go back to reception to get mine reactivated, 25 mins before checkout, as I had half-loaded my car. Was asked if I would be be going quickly back to my riom and told they normally start deactivating cards before 11. Why??? Shame, as other than the about to irritating nagatives, hotel was pretty decent.

From the moment we arrived, Natalie at the reception desk made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended. We also loved the free parking, the beautiful grounds, and the comfy outdoor pods for dinner—such a lovely touch for a relaxing evening meal. 🍽️✨ Thank you, Natalie, and the whole team at Denham Grove Hotel for a memorable stay. We’ll certainly be visiting again! 🤩

Spotless room

Lovely room, and spacious, the pool and especially sauna needs the floor scrubbing, a lot of dirt in the corners

Very good allround

Nice room, comfortable bed, tv and wifi okay, pleasant greeting from reception staff. Car park was free but small spaces.
