Denham Grove

I loved the hotel. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, slightly tired in places but not a problem at all. The room was comfortable with a good shower. The gym was well equipped for a hotel and the pool a good size. The grounds are beautiful and a lovely area for a walk. Breakfast was really good quality with as much as you wanted. Very good for the price

I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed , but expected you to pay restaurant prices in the bar

Message requests through the Expedia messaging weren’t answered, just an automated response telling me to download an app. Subsequently I had to cancel my reservation and that message wasn’t even acknowledged. What a shame - it looked so nice, but my experience lacked any sort of hospitality or feeling of being a welcomed guest, and not even decent customer service.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I was greeted by Stella who was friendly and professional and who looked after me the whole stay, getting me access to the gym and pool, arranging a late check out and checking me out. She's a star and helped make the short stay amazingly enjoyable.

The best thing about the hotel is a member of staff George, he really understands hospitality, management could learn from him. We come because of the pool facility and convenient location But the water temperature is about 3 degrees higher than it should be and should be tested regularly. We miss the complimentary refreshment area for guests that used to be off the bar, now it feels like it’s all about what ever makes money We miss the complimentary hour for late check out too

Always stay here when going to watch the football at Wembley. Great rail links, convenient location, reasonable price

Unfortunately the start of our stay this time did not go well. We were put in a room below the standard we had booked. But that wasn't the worst the room it's self was mouldy and in a shabby state. When we reported this we were told the hotel was full and unable to move us till the following day. We were very pleased with how the staff dealt with the complaint and gave us a better room gor the remainder of our stay.

Jacob the Food and Beverage Operations Manager was amazing in arranging a special diner for my wife. Our server was a wonderful young lady called Alisha. She made the evening in our private pod magical. She was full of smiles and joy, even though she was having to keep coming outside in a drizzly March evening, with food and drink. Top marks and five stars

The rooms very very clean and tidy and the overall hotel had a modern look about it. The car park wasn't very well lit up at night and their was a security guard on a evening which gave me reassurance but it did give me food for thought. The pool could do with a good clean.

We recently stayed at Denham Grove for the first leg of our Europe trip, from Friday, February 14, to Monday, February 17, and had a wonderful experience. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were just what we needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the dining experience. The hotel offers a variety of good dining options, and every meal I had was well-prepared and delicious. The breakfast, which was included in the stay, was a great way to start the day, with a good selection of hot and cold items. Another convenient feature was the on-site parking, making it easy to arrive and leave without any hassle. The availability of parking added to the overall convenience of the stay. Overall, we had a great experience at Denham Grove and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great dining options and practical amenities like on-site parking and a good breakfast.

We have stayed here before and always found the rooms clean, however our bathroom bin was full when we checked in. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Tired hotel. Staff didn’t want to be there and was evident on check in and out. Didn’t acknowledge me, welcome me! Shoved the paper across the counter and marked some crosses in paces. Almost threw the key at me. Hotel was very hot, tired radiator off but didn’t work so had to open window. Bathroom is tired and cracks in the basin and bath. Awful smell in the corridors Wouldn’t stay again

No hot water for shower, very poor WiFi, also couldn't open window for some fresh air (permanently locked). Had a much better stay last time but unfortunately a few issues this time meant poor sleep & no shower.
