Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.

A very convenient and nicely situated hotel. Free parking is the most important reason why we pick this hotel. Been to Liverpool many times, every time we have problems with the parking, spending time and money for that. Here the rent for one night for three ppl is only £29, and usually we have to pay at least £20-£25 for the day and overnight parking, so the hotel comes to be very cheap. Service is good, not too friendly for individual staff, reasonable clean, next to the dock, can see sunset if you are lucky. Will go back to this hotel every time if I am driving.

Best budget hotel I have stayed in

Everything was great from the moment we arrived to when we left. Just 30minutes walk into Liverpool and the free car park is just amazing! Would stay here again!

Nice and easy to find. Lovely welcome from chap on reception. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on it or eat in the evening but it was a very small basic menu. Our room was very small with just a small hanging rail and a few hangers plus a couple of open shelves. there was no where to put emptied cases but we worked out of the cases anyway, it was good that there was plugs near the mirror but no plugs by the bed. There was a full length mirror on the back of the door but this was covered once you hung your coats up.the quilt covers only just covered single beds with no real over hang.the bathroom was very small and also the shower (kept banging self on walls of shower) it was also an overhead shower which I don’t like as don’t wash my hair every time I shower (luckily there was a shower cap) you could ask at reception if you forgot any shower items.it would have been nice if the towels were bath sheets rather than bath towels as not much wrap over with them. They provide ear plugs just in case of noise but it was nice and quiet.a nice view of the docks and only a short walk from Albert docks and city centre (about 20 minutes) . It was good that there is free parking and you can stay all day on day of departure.

Value for money in a convenient area close to all attractions. Would stay again if in the area.

Great location, value for money and excellent service. Breakfast was excellent and the ability to leave your car and walk into Liverpool is a bonus.

The who hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly, bar prices reasonable and breakfast delicious. Coupled with free parking and wifi with views over the water and proximity to the city centre, this was a great place to stay and at a bargain price

Not a luxury hotel but for a reasonable price and excellent place to stay for for an evening. A car park free ( or included in the price) a smashing welcome on signing in and functioning bedroom . Easy walking to the Albert Dock and city centre, or in our case a short walk to a concert at the old brewery

We arrived late for breakfast and some items weren’t available but they cooked us some more . Room’s lovely and warm Staff were excellent.All very friendly and helpful

Lovely staff who were all very helpful, nice clean room and a great breakfast with a view of the dock and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go

The hotel itself was fantastic except the bathroom/shower, this was tiny, it was like being in a caravan bathroom shower and those are sometimes bigger than this bathroom
