Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.

Close to the attractions in the dock area, great breakfast, simple but good quality dinner menu and superb value for money

Breakfast was as in a five star hotel. Copious and tasty. Cooked portions were warm. Hotel is situated along the water edge and a 10 minute walk to city centre. Staff were the most friendly, welcoming and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

Noisy at night doors slamming , bed uncomfortable needed extra pillows kept banging head on wooden headboard, one I chair in room one of use had to sit on bed, room very small but very clean shower cubicle was slightly dipped slipped on it when using sink , light shining through bedroom window from door below needed curtains open for air to come through window, excellent service from staff very professional

Staff are really warm and friendly. Rooms are lovely and clean. Bathroom is really tiny. Parking is free which is good for this area. Great location for about a 20 minute walk into the city centre.

For a budget friendly hotel, the room was in excellent condition, and the hallways had been recently repainted. This is always a good sign as often these communal areas are not looked after. The hotel is very close to the city centre and with free parking this was a boon for a river front property, just a shame the weather wasn’t better. The staff when we arrived, and in the morning were friendly, and I’m sure if we had needed something they would have got it for us. The room was small, but did all we needed for a 1 night stay, just two small things - 1. It would have been nice to have a small wardrobe to hang clothes up in, and 2. The bathroom was very small, but again perfectly clean and in good overall condition. We would certainly book again when coming to Liverpool.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bar was a lovely space to relax and have a quiet drink. I would definitely book here again.
