Very comfortable

Friendly & Efficient staff, particularly the restaurant team who were faultless both at breakfast and dinner service. Food was better than we had expected. The only negative for us was the very uncomfortable mattress in the double executive room, we stayed the night before a business meeting and could have done with a good nights sleep but this evaded us. We may have just been unlucky with the particular room as everything else was of very high standard.

Room was ideal base for exploring Drayton Manor (in particular Thomas Land). Basic but all what we needed. Bath over shower, kettle with all refreshments, fridge, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, safe - all included. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable so our toddler made room in our double bed! Great view of some of the rides in the park which added to the excitement! (Room 232) Significantly cheaper than own website, but be aware car park is around £16 for 2 nights & this needs to be paid on check in. Could have upgraded to a Thomas themed room for additional £50 a night. Enjoyed exploring the trains on each of the levels of the hotel & the garden outside was full of conkers. Hotel restaurant was ok… went to Harvester nearby on 2nd night for a much bette meal (only 10mins drive away & right next door to McDonalds!) No earlier entry to hotel guests to park so no real perks of staying on site.

Lovely stay at drayton manor hotel. The room was clean and reasonably sized. The thomas theme in the hotel was a hit with our toddler (we didnt get a themed room as the price was ridiculous) but the standard rooms were very reasonable with expedia. Staff friendly. Theme park 2 min walk. Would stay here again

Soooooooo noisy - you can hear the people in the rooms next door talking - not because they’re being excessively loud but because the walls are literally paper thin. The staff are friendly and helpful. The sofa bed should not be used as a bed……. If you didn’t have a bad back before you slept on it, you certainly will once you have slept on it…….. Breakfast was very nice.

Room very noisy could turn off ventilation. Food average dont have the garlic mushrooms on bruschetta as was burnt and soggy! Cahrged for parking and wasnt added to receipt!

Staff were so friendly and nothing too much trouble. A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and very clean.

Restaurant: Day1: very good service from the waiters. They all where looking proactivly if we wanted some additional drinks ore remove the plates. Day2: complete opositte. We had to call the waiter to remove the plates as they did not do anything for 30min. They took orders from the table next to us and left us sitting with empty plates in front of us with emty glasses. So service level depents on the team. Some are great "5Star" and some had some room for improvement.
