I don’t know why this hotel has such a low score it’s a budget hotel in prime location! If you pay cheap don’t expect the Hilton! This hotel does exactly as it offers a budget stay in an excellent location. The bedding/bed are clean the staff are friendly and helpful. I’m disabled I rang up before booking and asked could they locate me on the ground floor and they were very accommodating helping me to the room. If you want Hilton 5 star standard then book the Hilton and pay there crazy prices! This hotel is perfect as a budget friendly option! I’ve stayed in far worse hotels in London. I will be returning

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend und gepflegt. Ideal für kurze Aufenthalte in London mit gefülltem Tagesprogramm.
Für diese zentrale Lage ist der Preis ausgesprochen günstig.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal! Freundlich, entgegenkommend und findet für vieles eine Lösung (z.B. Gepäck Aufbewahrung vor dem Check-in oder noch nach dem Check-out, Beratung beider Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel).
Wir hatten etwas persönliches im Zimmer liegen lassen und es erst in Deutschland gemerkt. Bei Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns schnell und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Gegen Übernahme des Portos und einer Servicegebühr ist unser vergessenes Hab und Gut nun auf dem Weg zu uns. Das habe ich tatsächlich schon ganz anders erlebt.

Pros : Location and breakfast, many restaurants from surroundings
Cons : Room size is too small for 2 adults and a children. Aged decoration. The most unacceptable Hotel service is to pay for baggage storage after check-in. I have never pay such charges before

住宿沒有電梯有可能需要將行李搬至三四樓，房間空間狹小大行李箱幾乎無法打開，廁所很寒冷，洗澡的水不是太冷就是太燙，wifi訊號非常弱，整體而言CP值不高。

Hotelli oli halpa, mutta että noin pieneen ja kuluneeseen huoneeseen jouduttiin, oli pettymys. Henkilökunta ei ollut erityisen ystävällistä ja sänky oli niin kulahtanut että pyysin ja sain toisen huoneen, joka ei ollut merkittävästi parempi. Aamupalaa ei otettu. Huone oli meluisa, kadulta kantautui meteliä ja muiden asukkaiden puhe ja askelet kaikuivat huoneessa läpi yön. En voi suositella vaikka ihmeen puhdas huone oli ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin.

Perfect location, tired room and hotel but functional and clean. 2 poor night sleeps due to loud upstairs guest and pipes but not the fault of the hotel. Would stay here again for location alone.

The hotel was in a great location, this was the only positive.
The hotel was in need of huge renovation, it was dirty and smelt musty. The shower we wouldn't use and the bed was tiny with just a small cover and sheet. We were freezing all night. We spent as little time there as possible.
Out of the two staff we met on the desk one was pleasant the other very rude.
I would not stay again or recommend to anyone
