I've stayed in many hotels in this area and thought this was excellent value for money. Super clean, ensuite toilet and shower, towels, in room coffee/tea and kettle, 24hr reception. You can easily pay twice as much in London for somewhere not as good!

It met expectations, for a budget friendly hotel. It was very clean and ideal location within proximity of central London. The staff was efficient and friendly, no hassel at all within checkin very smooth.

The location is in walking distance to King’s Cross. The room is extremely small. Our room had a double bed and a twin bed. The double mattress had a huge dip in it and was in desperate need of replacing. I couldn’t sleep with my husband so I slept on the twin. The shower head was installed close to the ceiling and was angled straight at the opposite wall, so I could stand in the shower and not get wet. I had to hold the shower wand in order to get water on me. Also, as with many hotels in London, there is no AC. The window was open, with no screen. A fan would have been a nice amenity to have in the room. The room was good for a one-night stay before flying out of LHR because it was a less than 10-minute walk to the underground. I would not recommend this hotel for more than that.

The chap at reception didn’t have a clue n was reading the information off paper. Room itself was not terrible just a bit small. Also found a pube in the bed which was not ours. And multiple hairs. That also weren’t ours. And a bloody bogie on the wall. Could hear everything including people walking and laughing and a high pitched noise that sounded like a guinea pigs squeak amplified on speakers. The construction men sounded like they were working in the bathroom. Could hear every eff and Jeff. Staff walked past our window and stared right in. Also asked questions when leaving the hotel and straight up got ignored. Also found it a lil odd that we had to leave our key when we went out.

The location for St Pancras Station was absolutely ideal and the cost for the location was reasonable, 10 minutes walk for that Station and Kings Cross. The downside was the smallness of both the room and particularly the bed. The bathroom was adequate but no shower gel only soap on the sink. Had to put the kettle on the floor in order for it to boil and no teaspoons. Decoration was dated. Because the rooms are so close together we unfortunately had guests next-door who were extremely noisy. Great location.

Everything was good. The staff were friendly. The room was cleaned everyday. The only thing I would say is the park across the street is very active even at 3am, random people yelling throughout the night. Bring ear plugs to sleep.

room was clean - had some red blankets on the bed which had stains on and holes in but apart from that the room was clean. bring your own body wash for the shower as none was supplied by the hotel. bathroom is small, comfy beds & fan supplied for the hot night.

The people at front desk were friendly. The problem was the room. It is outdated with mould building in the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom is too small. The room had no air conditioning for the hot weather, no fridge in the room. Not sure if the bedding was fully clean as I felt itchy, daughter said the same. Plug locations were in silly positions. Just didn't feel properly clean and fresh, and was too stifling.

Staff were pleasant, location is good for St Pancras. I had a top floor room in the rear, so quiet. It's all cheap and dated, and the quilt had cigarette burns. Seemed clean enough otherwise.

The room was too small to accommodate three people, though thankfully we were only two. Beds small, we used both. Furniture very tired with wobbly and tiny wardrobe. Electrical plug for light had a broken earth pin in the socket. Thankfully, the light was a type that did not need to be earthed. We did not have breakfast but this was available for reasonable cost. Close to Saint Pancras for those needing overnight stay to catch an early train at a reasonable cost for nights accommodation.
