Room was small but very clean and comfortable, just what was needed. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but staff were very helpful & for minor charge of £5 we could leave left luggage for day of check out which was a huge help for us. Excellent for Pancreas & King Cross & only a short walk from Euston. Recommend for a convenient & simple place to get your head down in accessible London

I don’t know why this hotel has such a low score it’s a budget hotel in prime location! If you pay cheap don’t expect the Hilton! This hotel does exactly as it offers a budget stay in an excellent location. The bedding/bed are clean the staff are friendly and helpful. I’m disabled I rang up before booking and asked could they locate me on the ground floor and they were very accommodating helping me to the room. If you want Hilton 5 star standard then book the Hilton and pay there crazy prices! This hotel is perfect as a budget friendly option! I’ve stayed in far worse hotels in London. I will be returning

A small but comfortable single room on the top floor. It would have been nice to be provided with more than one towel though. Location is nice and quiet but it's very easy to hear other guests moving in and out of their rooms. A good place for a very short stay in central London.

Good location close to Kings Cross. Good breakfast (not included in price). No sugar with tea and coffee in room. Double bed too narrow for two average sized people.

Very basic place, ok if you need to spend one night but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer. Bathroom was very small and there was a bad smell coming from it. Bed was not comfortable. Cleaning was ok.

The property is not well maintained and the staff is very rude at times... it's the worst experience for us. Room is small and the the bathroom is designed as small as possible. If you are 6+ foot tall, then good luck to get into the bathroom without hittinh somwhere!

Because of early start didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on this. Main issue for us was to find our room allocation was in the basement, below street level and was very small. This was a surprise and unwelcome.

The hotel was in a great location, this was the only positive. The hotel was in need of huge renovation, it was dirty and smelt musty. The shower we wouldn't use and the bed was tiny with just a small cover and sheet. We were freezing all night. We spent as little time there as possible. Out of the two staff we met on the desk one was pleasant the other very rude. I would not stay again or recommend to anyone
