The room was fresh and looked new, I had a window looking on to Newcastle and the bed was comfortable, the hotel felt like a premier inn upgraded for a lower price. The staff were polite and helpful

Great location in Newcastle and near to the train station and Utilita arena which was the reason for our overnight stay. Our room was ideal for the night - clean, comfortable, well furnished with a very good shower.

The hotel is very clean. The room was small but cozy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Our room overlooked the station. It was nice hearing the trains.
Very close to central areas and Quayside. Saw a car park at the station but not sure of the price.
Friendly reception staff.
Value for money.

It’s good value for a solo traveler staying one night. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the central station and the high street.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet, though smaller than I expected. I visited in November, and the night was getting cold. The bedding wasn’t very warm and the air conditioning didn’t warm up the space efficiently.
