signage outside could be improved. Had to lean over to read name of hotel as it is vertical rather than horizontal and from top of street missed the sign and walked round the block in the rain until asked at an other hotel who pointed my group in the right direction. Reception check in was quick and the staff very friendly. I had asked for an accessible shower as I am not in the prime of my life which ment I had a large bedroom as well. Only drawback was the shower was not very hot.

Great location, parking at Central Station minutes walk. Clean, comfortable good breakfast and lovely staff. Will stay again and can recommend.

The location is very helpful nearby to the train station and close to downtown. If you looking for a hotel offer a clean room, friendly staff & a perfect location don’t hesitate to reserve at this hotel

Close to the train station. No for frills hotel but it was fine for a one night stay Very strange tap layout on sink in bathroom..

This hotel was in a very convenient location,with parking available at the train station behind the hotel.It is a no frills hotel but having said that it had everything we needed for our weekend away!We had the breakfast the first morning,which offers a basic but well cooked hot breakfast/continental etc.We would definitely stay again.

The staff here are exceptional. Kind accommodating and keen to provide a great experience for their guests. Julie especially was our favourite. So kind! Thank you.

Another nice stay at the hotel. Late check in but there was no issues with all the reception staff being very friendly and helpful. Room and building super clean.

Air con not working, told reception and they didn't do anything room far too hot, disappointing as a good hotel otherwise, told reception next day and she just about managed a sorry

I am not certain how clean my sheet was, as it had things in it that made me uncomfortable. They did change it for me. The hotel is convenient, mediocre breakfast and no other dining, but the most important thing to know is that no windows open at all. They rely on in room heating and air conditioning. And the air con packed up during my last evening and night there. They did not have an emergency service plan. Someone brought me a fan, but honestly, if it had been just a bit warmer, I would have been in real trouble. As it was, I was keen to get outside in the morning.

As central as you can get, clean, comfortable room with a good buffet breakfast. Really good value - highly recommended 👍

The breakfast was fair, everything else was excellent.

The location was perfect. It was clean and the staff was very kind. My only complaint was the design of the shower. Other than that it was a wonderful hotel!
