地理位置特别好，离牛津街火车站和维多利亚车站不算远，可以步行，离中国城很近！

難以想像房間兩張床褥彈弓全部凸出來， 嚴重凹陷！ 這樣舊的床褥是否一早應該要更換呢？ 除了不舒服外轉身也發出聲音。 另外此酒店連電梯只到每層樓的半層， 出電梯後要再上幾級樓梯， 假如拖着大行李極之不方便！ 大堂員工分配房間太大意， 我訂的是兩張單人床房，卻分配給我們是一張雙人床房， 結果上上落落樓梯後， 發覺錯誤又再拿行李回大堂，再重新搞手續太麻煩了！

早餐很好吃，房間很舒適，除了隔音稍差外，其他都很好！下次回曼徹斯特，會再預訂這間旅館的。

Good central location. Room a little tired but clean. Breakfast was good but chefs were loudly debating politics in kitchen Stairs out of action but sign saying don't use the (smelly) lift in event of fire !!!!??? the cleaners were excessively loud in the hallway shouting and dragging equipment between rooms (sounded like approaching train) at 8am - 10am waking us up. Never heard anything like it in a hotel. Mentioned in many feedbacks so hotel must be OK with it ?? this changes score from a 6.5 to a 4

Was ok. Decent for the money

The floor is noisy in the rooms and corridors.

I stayed here because of the price. But I was really surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Not a single hair on the floor. Good shower with strong water pressure and clean towels were also nice. I didn't order breakfast this time but I'll really like to try it the next time.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. Room was small but comfortable. Sink and shower were very slow to drain. Breakfast was strange. Waited for waiter to come and take breakfast order but I had to go and hunt him down and request it after waiting for nearly ten minutes. I went and made toast and had a couple of coffees while I was waiting. It took quite some time for the cooked breakfast to arrive by which point I didn't really want it anymore.

A 100€ la nuit nous espérions avoir un lit relativement confortable…il n’en fût rien. Le lit grinçait au moindre mouvement, aussi léger fut-il. Aucune possibilité de changer de chambre ou d’obtenir un geste commercial. Après une première expérience l’année dernière j’ai réservé cette fois-ci les yeux fermés mais j’aurais dû être plus précautionneux…d’autant plus que j’y retourne le mois prochain ! Gardens hôtel, j’espère que vous ferez un geste pour mon prochain séjour…

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room was not the same as shown in the photos, which was disappointing. There was no proper heating—only a small electric heater, which was not sufficient. The carpet was dirty and stained, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The window could not be opened properly, making it difficult to get enough fresh air. Additionally, the staircase of the property was under renovation, which affected the overall experience. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated.
