地理位置特别好，离牛津街火车站和维多利亚车站不算远，可以步行，离中国城很近！

難以想像房間兩張床褥彈弓全部凸出來， 嚴重凹陷！ 這樣舊的床褥是否一早應該要更換呢？ 除了不舒服外轉身也發出聲音。 另外此酒店連電梯只到每層樓的半層， 出電梯後要再上幾級樓梯， 假如拖着大行李極之不方便！ 大堂員工分配房間太大意， 我訂的是兩張單人床房，卻分配給我們是一張雙人床房， 結果上上落落樓梯後， 發覺錯誤又再拿行李回大堂，再重新搞手續太麻煩了！

早餐很好吃，房間很舒適，除了隔音稍差外，其他都很好！下次回曼徹斯特，會再預訂這間旅館的。

All the staff at the hotel were so genuinely friendly and helpful. The room although a little dated and in need of a refurb was spotlessly clean and a good size. The breakfast was freshly and very well, cooked to order. There was a good selection of both cooked and continental foods. I think this is a great value for money hotel in the city centre, close to Piccadilly gardens, shops and a busy and varied nightlife. I will definitely be booking again when visiting Manchester.

This hotel is AWFUL. The smell of cigarettes and weed was overwhelming in the hallways and in my room. There was NO ventilation in my room without a window, so there was a portable fan that was left on. My room smelled like weed and mold. I left Garner Hotel the day I checked in to stay at another hotel nearby because the shower drain wasn’t working and the room was in a terrible condition. The manager was delusional enough to tell me the shower drain was working and said the room was fine. There are homeless people sleeping on the steps to the hotel. NOBODY should stay here!! AVOID this hotel! Book this hotel if you’re a chain smoker and want to smell cigarettes and weed during your entire stay.

Single glazing on the street-side rooms is certainly a choice. The building is very shabby, with a superficial refurbishment of the décor. Stairwell was boarded up, and fire exit signage wasn't updated to reflect this, and there's a terrible smell in the elevator and lobby. Otherwise everything was fine and the updated décor is good, if superfluous. Breakfast was pretty basic, I would have liked a bit more than the bare minimum on the cooked breakfast and some marmite for the crumpets.

Vindue på værelse kunne ikke lukke. Så der var meget koldt. Og fordi det var weekend, kunne de ikke give os et andet værelse….

Springy mattress. Slow breakfast service. Wifi barely works. Dirty towels.

Unfortunately the rooms have become undated with stained carpet also the cold water barely runs in both the sink and shower. There is work being carried out in the hotel but the rooms need serious attention.

The room was in good state, however the noise transfetrence through the walls and from the corridors is horrendous. The cleaning staff were very noisy whilst going through other rooms which doesn't aid guests having a rest.
