Very small room, and had a terrible experience at check out, we asked for late check out and charged 20pounds for one hour extension, we spent 4 nights there already, there’s no service, not welcoming at all

There was no shower curtain that the bathroom floor was always getting wet. Besides, the room size is small that you cannot open ONE suitcase easily.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das freundliche & kompetente Personal hat das alles wettgemacht. Das Frühstück war super organisiert! Wir mussten nie lange warten, wenn etwas leer war & das Personal war top! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!

This hotel is extremely well located just one or two minutes away from the beautiful Hyde Park in Kensington, also 2 train stations at 5 min walk distance: Queensway and Bayswater. Note that the hotel it’s in an old building from the Regency era very well preserved however, the rooms are clean and comfortable. They are also weren’t out and need some refurbishment especially the bathroom the breakfast is included in some cases and is what is very complete. The best part is the staff from the breakfast and the housekeeping staff some of these stuff are the receptions are not nice or kind some others are. I have stayed three times in this hotel and will continue to recommend it because of its location.

The room althoygh clean and warm was small....the bathroom was so small really struggle if a bigger person was using it.

Construction going on right outside our window and they worked till after midnight dropping things yelling at each other and blowing a horn .. Carpets need to be pulled up smelled moldy and bathroom need to be updated piece missing off the faucets and mold in the tub.. it’s a beautiful hotel but looks are deceiving When you get off the elevator. Disappointed . Ps: tea time was lovely with Carmen..

Lovely hotel, staff helpful and efficient. Disappointed with room; very small for a Deluxe twin. Bathroom very small, washbasin plug didn’t stop water from draining away. One bedside lamp didn’t work. Electric socket on one side of bed was loose. Two steps down into the room directly from exterior door; no warning notice.

The first room we were assigned smelled very strongly of mold. The front desk was kind and assigned us to another room which was a bit better but still felt old and stuffy with no operable windows. The standard suite has an extremely small bed, much smaller than a queen size. It was uncomfortable for two adults to share. We requested an early check-in weeks in advance which they were not able to accommodate. They were able to leave our bags at the front desk until check-in, but when we returned after check-in time we were told we could go get the bags in the baggage room or we could wait 20 mins for them to be delivered. When we went to retrieve our bags we saw several bags were being stored on the floor of a bathroom with an open toilet. For over $300 a night on a weekday, the overall conditions were just well below expectations.

Excellent hotel accommodation, super staff and a perfect location for transport and walking.

Room is tiny couldn’t fit even 2 people and staff was rude about not having our room ready
