Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal

Honestly couldn’t fault it the beds were comfy it was a nice place to sit and have a quiet drink we had a good nights sleep and the breakfast is decent quality it’s really close to the train station and there are things in the local area like a shop ect the staff were all really welcoming and attentive we will definitely return in the future thank you so much

Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel pour un concert au stade Wembley. À l’accueil, un monsieur très souriant très gentil et nous avons été agréablement surpris mais à notre retour le soir (23h environ) nous avons été reçus par un autre monsieur, pas agréable du tout, qui avait l’air agacé que nous voulions commandé quelque chose au bar… il faut savoir que la carte indique quelques produits disponibles 24/7 donc nous voulions simplement grignoter quelque chose après le concert … il nous répond sèchement que ce n’est pas le cas, et après avoir encore posé la question il nous indique que le chef n’est pas là et que personne n’est disponible en cuisine. J’ai été vraiment surprise qu’aucune alternative / ristourne sur le séjour nous soit proposé pour le désagrément.. pas même d’excuse. Le monsieur était vraiment désagréable. Nous avons donc dû composer avec 2 barres chocolatées que le monsieur avait aussi l’air agacé de nous vendre. Le lendemain matin, petit déjeuner particulier… des œufs brouillés semblables à de la gomme et du capuccino au goût de lait à l’eau. Bref, l’hôtel est bien mais le service et les prestations c’est autre chose .. c’est dommage car nous étions à 20mn en vélo électrique (lime) du stade et nous en avions trouvé en bas de l’hôtel, c’était top pour éviter la foule après concert.

The room was very good, really spacious and well maintained. The staff were polite and efficient even though it was extremely busy and the breakfast has a lot of options for everyone overall I nice place to stay.

Reception - Suzanna was lovely. Went out of her way to help. Unfortunately ,the male member of bar staff was quite rude . The young people who cleaned the restaurant were lovely. No 24 hr meal service as stated on the card, but they allow Uber deliveries

The room had a few issues and was short staffed when we were checking in. The staff that were on though were helpful

The hotel was a two minute walk from the tube station, Royal park on the Picadilly line direct from St Pancras, which makes travel in to the city very easy. the staff were very helpful and our room was both spotless and comfortable, The breakfast buffet was excellent. It may seem a bit far out of London but we were there for the Bruno Mars concert at Wembley stadium, by jumping on the Metropolitan line at Wembley park and switching to the Picadilly line at Raynes lane we were back in 30 mins.

The room was fantastic, modern and cosy. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Very close to Park Royal station so very convenient. Will definitely stay again

We booked 2 rooms totalling over 600 probably because there was a gig at Wembley. Downstairs area lovely, staff at front desk very welcoming, parking reasonable for area. Downsides, bed extremely uncomfortable, can literally feel the springs, stains and scuffs on the walls in room and not cleaned to a standard I would expect, cannot open windows to breathe and strange musty smell in the rooms. Disappointed for the price and clean should be a must. Modern but needs upgrading, cleaning needs to be better and mattresses need changing. Wouldn't return unfortunately.

We stayed here as we were attending a concert at Wembley. The room was comfy and cool perfect for the heatwave, breakfast was nice some tomato and or mushroom would’ve made it better. I would stay here again and recommend.

Lovely hotel,right next to Park Royal Station. Staff very helpful. Nice clean room. Great buffet breakfast included,even catered for my sister who is Celiac (gluten free). Would stay again.

Had a brilliant stay! So impressed with everything! Room and hotel were immaculate and all the staff I met could not do enough for me! I thoroughly recommend this hotel. I was attending a concert at Wembley and it was a great location.

It was fine. Stayed here after a Wembley concert. Cheaper to stay there and get a cab than pay well over the odds for the same style hotel closer.
