Had a brilliant stay! So impressed with everything! Room and hotel were immaculate and all the staff I met could not do enough for me! I thoroughly recommend this hotel. I was attending a concert at Wembley and it was a great location.

It was fine. Stayed here after a Wembley concert. Cheaper to stay there and get a cab than pay well over the odds for the same style hotel closer.

Room was small but clean and did the job. Bed was comfortable, however we were only given one pillow and it was useless, offered no support and my head went through to the mattress. Our main complaint was from the connecting room, just after midnight the male residents came back and were speaking very loudly/shouting. Very intimidating for a woman on her own with 2 children. I phoned reception twice to get this rectified but this went on for at least forty minutes. The receptionist wanted to meet me in the corridor just before 1 am to show him which room the noise was coming from. I declined as again I was already in bed and how he couldn’t or didn’t want to hear it was beyond me. I may add Gary the day manager was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Really good hotel, good location. Staff are very friendly and professional. Food times are a bit awkward (lunch and evening) but breakfast was excellent. Rooms are a decent size (we had an additional bed as three of us in the room). I did ask a question through Expedia chat a week or so before we arrived but got no response until three hours after I had already checked in. Even then it was to inform me about parking and its cost (we had already booked parking and had parked) and did not answer my question.

The room was clean and was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. There’s a decent amount of parking with only £20 a night which we thought was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good a lot to choose from.

Lovely room and great breakfast. Not many staff around so had to hang about quite a bit at check in and during breakfast. We did go for breakfast at the busiest time, so did not expect perfection, but it looked like there was only one staff member doing everything and was rushed off her feet. The staff uniform was not obvious so it was hard to know if anyone else was working or just a guest. Very accessible to the Piccadilly line tube. Very quiet at night so sleep quality was great.
