The room was fairly good the basic amenities were perfect such as breakfast as described and the hotel bathroom. The only issue is the bathroom seemed slightly unclean.But the service was excellent everyone was kind and talkative.

Hotel ok but is in process of being upgraded apart from this Hotel was ok

Check-in was very smoothly and free Parking, which is a massive bonus. Breakfast unfortunately is Continental and is a charge of £7.50 so we didn’t go down that road however the room was lovely and clean. Hotel looks a little bit dated could do with some new carpets and bits and bobs but would recommend I would definitely stay again. The staff are really friendly and very outgoing. That’s why I’m happy to give the place four stars out of five very clean very warm lovely Hotel.

Clean room and chilled out staff

This place should not be open. We arrived at the property to see a packed of cigarette on the reception desk and the horrendous smell of cigarettes, that belonged to the lady behind reception. We were given our key, the place stunk of Marijuana! Our room was VILE there was blood on the walls that hadn’t been wiped off. The carpet was coming up, the place was smelly and dirty. Avoid this place at all costs. We could not stay and had to make the 5 hour trip home.

The same staff were fantastic shelly went above and behond for us the lady on the front desk was amazing too warm friendly family vibe they even decorated my grandaughters room as it was her 8th birthday thank you

We stayed here for the weekend for my brothers 60th birthday and set up a surprise and Leah the manager was so helpful and helped us to make it possible. The rooms were exactly what we needed somewhere to clean up have a cup of tea and have a good nights sleep and the bed was very comfy. So all in all a good choice for us for a very reasonable price.

Ideal location right next to pleasure beach. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. However, remote didn’t work with either tv and stuck on one channel. Hot water took ages and was a trickle. Shower was fine though. Mini-fridge went off every 20 mins and I ended up turning it off. The curtains didn’t close properly and did not provide full privacy. Staff were friendly. Although our room was clean the rest of the hotel felt unclean and shabby and it felt like a hostel.

The area is a little bit run down, and the hotel is of early 70s in style and construction, so the interior is not of a very high standard. The best thing is probably the staff, who are good natured and friendly.

For the price it was OK

Was worried about the noise during the night being near the seaside but didn’t hear and thing and slept really well

The only problem i had with this hotel, was the shower being too high to reach to turn on/off. Friendly staff

'You get what you pay for'! Very dingy even fir economy! But Double bed was comfortable; shower good and hospitality tray was welcome.

Rooms were clean and passable but the corridors were awful and the dining room a strange combination of colours and patterns but the breakfast was fine, Seemed to be family ran and a bit chaotic at times but I assumed they had not long been in and were updating it and learning the ropes as they went. The lad who served us breakfast was brilliant.

The hotel was ideally located and had parking, however that's the only bonuses. The room as rundown, the bathroom was old and had things falling off the walls, it didn't look like it had been cleaned. Thankfully the bedding was clean. I wouldn't spend my money here again. Sorry.
