The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.

Breakfast was amazing , variety of choices to choose for everyone and healthy. Good value for money.

Staff were amazing. We arrived late and I explained I’d requested a twin and they said they had booked me a double, I explained was sharing with my sister and the manager offered us 2 double rooms as an apology they didn’t have two twin rooms. So lovely and had a lovely night stay Thank you. Staff here are an asset to this hotel and Hilton

At check in receptionist instead on taking payment because he couldn’t see it even though we had paid. He seemed inexperienced and was more interested in having a banter with a drunk guest. Breakfast was horrible!!! It was scrounging hot in the room. A small fan was provided but only circulated the hear in the room.

We stayed on a Saturday night and the restaurant is closed of a weekend we was told after we booked in. The bar menu was not very good. The bed was comfortable but Pillows was so soft i work up with a bad stiff, neck.

Spacious room bed comfortable. Had dinner at the bar which was mediocre. Staff friendly and helpful.

Property was okay. Disappointed that there was no fridge or air conditioning. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Nice clean hotel, i arrived late at night butvwas jonproblem as was promptly checked in and had a good nights sleep. Gym was good and breakfast was brilliant. Thanks

Rather tired room that although spacious was dark. Certainly no wow factor

Enjoyed our stay till check out time. Charged 4 times for same drinks ! ,reception advised it was resolved before we left but it wasn't. Took over a week to resolve the over payment and no explanation on why it happened after i had asked. Check your bill and your bank No apology for their mistake !

Amazing staff really helpful and lovely hotel and breakfast. Th only let down was the public toilets jn the lobby. From checking in to checking out (24 hrs) the mens and ladies loos remained dirty. (Stains in all loos) no loo rolls and a pair of old shoes disgarded in ladies. They were grim and e told mmbers of staff at the night time bar. My partner was quite shocked to see the mens in the same state on checkout today. That needs addressing as otherwise a perfect stay.

Great breakfast. Hotel looks a bit dated but recognised as major refurb on way.

The property has no airconditions and no mini fridges in all their rooms either. This is the middle of June where the temperature is the hottest. The room was very hot and stuffy.

Great hotel, big room with desk so perfect for work. Lots of parking at a small cost. Breakfast was great, room really clean and gym access 24 hours which is perfect when youve worked late. Staff are really friendly.

Service was poor, we were charged an extra 5 pound for parking that we were not told about. The breakfasts was a buffet, uncleaned tables had to wait 25 minitues for sausages and bacon. The food was not continually being stocked up. And in the evening there was only one person at the bar. Overall very disappointed in the hilton
