Poor hospitality. The room was not made until reminded late in the afternoon. Even the room was eventually made, it was not cleaned (the floor of the toilet full of hair, toilet bowl dirty, towels not changed, cups were not washed). Early check in was required to pay 10 pounds per hour. Reported the situations to the hotel personnel but no one follow up.

Select this hotel because near the UoM for my daughter to handle her new semester matters. Appreciate the hotel with comfort bed, clean & quiet environment but the one I found very disappointed for their poor Wifi signal inside the room, their 'IHGConnect' always disconnect or even no signal in day & night time during my staying 6 nights. Breakfast is nice with good services too.
