Small nice room

The hotel us situated at the outskirt of Sheffield town centre and about halfway between city centre and Meadowhall Shopping Centre (which is also where coach station is situated). The room is relatively small for two people. There is a desk and only one chair within the room and another guest has to sit on the bed. The TV signal reception is very poor. It is not possible to watch TV in the room. Bathroom/toilet is clean and well maintained. The room has no hot water boiler. But free coffee and tea are available free at reception lobby. There is no drawer or cabinet within the room. So. There is no place to put our personal belongings. Breakfast food is fairly good and is reasonbly priced.

Clean room, friendly staff, on bus route, near Don Valley Bowl, excellent gluten free continental breakfast

Good base for local amenities. Cheap and cheerful, no frills accommodation.

Bed wasn't that comfortable as mattress quite thin. It also creaked just sitting down on it. Shower has really good power and heat. Breakfast didn't have much to choose from but was okay.

For a budget hotel, this is a great choice. The rooms are small but cleverly designed so that you have everything you need. The lighting makes the rooms feel very cosy. The room was incredibly clean. The staff were friendly and incredibly hard working. It was a lovely stay.

Very limited facilities in room, eg no tea/ coffee Was fine for the two night stay.

The room was gorgeous very comfortable

The room was the most basic ive probably ever seen or stayed in. The shower smelt really bad, of drains and im not sure where they pulled the photos from for this hotel but it wasnt the same hotel. Luckily we we're only using as a base for watching the gladiators at utilita arena. Plus was the bed was very comfy and breakfast was ok too.

If you're just looking for a bed for the night this is ideal. Bed was deceivingly comfy and I had a good night's sleep. Room is very small. The shower is in your room with a proper shower door. The toilet is in a cupboard or something not much bigger! If you're claustrophobic or it's a hot day I'd maybe think again. Perfect location for the utilita arena.

Good hotel

Had to pay extra for early check in and additional charges for parking.. I know its budget but needs to be reasonably priced

The room was clean and staff were lovely, but the breakfast options are limited to cold food (besides toast). There was lots of ants coming in under the door in the breakfast area, even ants on syrup bottles by the food.
