Staff are very helpful and nice. Room was spacious and comfy.

Marks/stains on walls in room. Really weird smell in room, kinda smelled like urine upon entry, and there must be a problem with plumbing because 1st thing in the morning went in the bathroom and it smelled like sewage as if someone had just been to the toilet but no one had been in our bathroom since the night before, the smell was not from us. Check in process was far too long as the woman wouldnt stop pushing us to sign up to an account even after we'd said no 3 times she was showing no signs of giving us a room key until we eventually signed up for an account that we didnt want or need

Our stay was alright so I paid £20 extra for late check out to get woken up anyways to doors slamming from cleaners at 9am so I was abit upset. There were splatters up the walls looked like Coca Cola or sick bit disturbing the staff were absolutely brilliant really friendly & lovely unfortunately I am not one of the people who go & complain to scared & nervous to so nothing got fixed but overall was a good time fun experience but would not like to go back

Ibis Nottingham was fine. The area around it, the Lace District, is really very noisy. Especially, but not only, on the weekends.

WE DID NOT ACTUALLY STAY WITH YOU AS WE BOOKED THE ROOM ON THIS PARTICULAR DATE BECAUSE WE WERE COMING TO NOTTINGHAM TO SEE PETER KAY .. HE HAD TO CANCEL HIS PERFORMANCE DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS AND AS SOON AS WE HEARD ABOUT THIS WE CONTACTED YOU AND EXPEDIA TO SEE IF WE COULD REARRANGE OUR BOOKING TO PETER KAYS NEW DATE ..12TH OCTOBER ...YOU DECLINED THIS REQUEST ... YOUR PREROGATIVE DO THIS OF COURSE..BUT VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY OPINION .. WHAT DO YOU THINK ?.. Bathroom small and dated

Great location, central to everything. Very quiet, although it is in the city centre. Close to train and bus stations, tram stops right outside the hotel.

Clean room was very bad The room is very tiny and not comfortable

Room was ideal. Basic but had everything

The hotel room and staff were good just wasnt a fan of the breakfast

Breakfast for vegans was a poor showing of mushroom, beans and tomatoes. Bread was also an option for vegetarians

Room was clean, service was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
