Went to Nottingham for a concert and booked here for the price and convenience. We arrived an hour before check in so there was a small fee but the room price was decent so that wasn’t too much of a problem. Room was tidy and clean and the areas around the reception/bar was clean and tidy. We didn’t eat there as we were meeting friends in town. Would definitely stay here again

Staff pleasent, bed comfy. Only odd thing for me was the bathroom it was like a self cobtained pod(which it is) felt strange but workwd perfectly.

Staff were so slow and concidering most people check in at 3pm thought there shouldve been more staff on. We was in a twin room and yhe single beds were so narrow that you darnt turn over

Hotel was very basic but was a good price and suited the stay it was used for. Staff friendly and helpful, who I had dealings with. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices of English or continental offerings and plenty. Room again basic but comfortable and seemed clean. Would stay again if visiting Nottingham by myself.

We paid for two family rooms with multiple beds. Unable to check in properly because at check in time because the staff was not competent and the Internet was not working. Returned later at night and were given two rooms with single beds... How does that work. Horrible. Two people are sleeping on the floors.
