The flat was spotless clean, well presented, unfortunately the settee has seen better days and could do with a deep clean, bathroom a bit tired and could do with some attention, the shower is leaking

Very welcoming apartment, warm and thank you for the opportunity. Apart from a stained mattress cover near the feet and burnt iron spot in bedroom on carpet. A Hot water signage to be stuck next to taps, water too hot. All went well, a very comfy home. Thank you.

Super helpful hosts allowing early check in. Very convenient to Hammersmith station. Clean and well-equipped, updated kitchen and bathroom.

Made to wait an hour before somebody met me to check-in. Large laundry bags left on landing areas. Tv didn’t work. Lack of kitchen facilities, no frying pan, tea towels or bin liners. Large group of foreign males in rooms making noise late at night and early in the morning. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay. No information on any Wi-Fi. Accommodation in a poor state internally.

Bonsoir, Je tiens par cette présente manifester de notre mécontentement pour l'état du logement à notre arrivée et qui n'est pas à la hauteur du prix dont nous avons deboursée : Un mécontentement basé avec photos à l'appui et portant sur les points ci-dessous : - logement en rez-de-jardin très peu éclairé et non annoncé dans l'annonce - une dalle de sol dans le Hall non stable et dont le risque de chute est présente - poussière présente dans le logement - présence de rouille (au droit des fenêtre, sol de la sde et radiateurs) - forte odeur (nauséabonde) dans la salle de bain - présence d'humidité dans la salle d'eau - salissure au droit du siphon sous le lavabo (sde) - tringles tordus et élément absent - divan dans le salon très abîmé (base et structure sous l'assise) - tâches sur assises du divan - toile d'araignée sous le meuble de cuisine - tâches sur les murs et plafond - fissure au plafond du séjour - détecteur de fumée absent dans le séjour - présence de scotch sur le détecteur dans le couloir - chauffage non fonctionnel - matelas double très inconfortables (ressentit des ressorts) - lave linge présentant une forte dégradation (rayures en partie basse) - absence de 2 détecteurs de fumée (chambre et salon) Tant d'éléments qui font du logement très peu recommandable. For the price I suppose it wasn’t bad - and there was availability at short notice. It felt safe and was in a good location however, and reading the other reviews I can confirm the property is dated and some of the handiwork in the bathroom does leave a lot to be desired. The basement room I had was accessed via a storeroom, the rooms were quite dark but clean. The location is quiet and you feel safe. The shower room was small and there was no way to regulate the shower temperature- it was stuck on hot which was not comfortable. The kitchen was clean and functional. The living room was a good size and once I did an autotune on the TV I was able to get the usual channels. The gentleman who let me in (check that as my email went to junk) was extremely polite and friendly and arrived quickly.

All the facilities and amenities in the apartment are absolutely perfect for a family with children to stay. Full kitchen facilities - microwave, oven and washing machine. Iron / ironing board & hair drier are all there. One thing that could have been useful was a tea towel! Other than that all clean & good shower room - though we struggled with adjustment of water temperature... Location is good, grocery shop is at a doorstep is very handy and a cafe

The property was clean and fit our needs with two bedrooms and a couch bed. We enjoyed having a kitchen, washing machine and transport nearby the apartment. However, there were several major issues that could use fixing. It took us an hour and a half past check in time to get into the apartment, leaving us on the narrow sidewalk with luggage, waiting for a member of staff off the premise to come to let us in because the key to the front door was not where it was supposed to be. The door to the apartment itself needs to be replaced as each time we attempted to lock or unlock the door, it took us 5 minutes of trying to do so. The shower had two temperatures, ice cold or scalding hot. The shower also drained extremeley slowely, causing overflows onto the bathroom floor. We discovered that the shower had also been cracked on the floor and water was leaking out onto the floor from underneath the shower itself. I like to end reviews with a positive note, so I will say that this property is the most quiet property that i have stayed at in london, you could hear a pin drop in the evening.

My family of 5 were absolutely disappointed and cheated with this booking. While there may have been apartments on the upper floors that could have looked like the pictures.

Property was in a great area and overall had a good stay. However, the only downside was bathroom had a very tiny sink.

I had booked this apartment for myself, daughter and 2 young grandkids based on their good reviews and because it was close to my sister's home in the High Street Kensington area. It was clean and cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities.. And the host ,Moe ,was very pleasant communicating with me through text and checking me in. I highly recommend it for any short or long term stay in London ...so check this place out, everyone!

I had a terrible stay at this property. it was smaller than advertised. The bathroom was small and the shower was extremely small my brother couldn't even fit in it. There was hair lying around and some old date seeds on the carpet. There was no room to stand in the kitchen. The unit was in a basement so there was no fresh air outside of the window as the window was facing some steps with garbage on them. There was no fresh air and also the garbage smell outside was coming inside. Thus the room was humid. I had told the host right when I checked in that the washroom and room will not work for my family and that i kindly am requesting they cancel the second night there as we needed to shower and the bathroom was not sufficient for my family. He told me he would let me know and never did. I checked out after the first night and asked for a refund for the second and never got a response back. Terrible stay and the place did not seem clean what so ever. They were not helpful and simply just kept my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Terrible experience, this apartment advertised as Luxury Properties and it's not, the apartment did not look like the one in the pictures, and the accommodations were in a dark basement, the place was very dirty, towels were dirty, the glasses and silverware dirty, and hairs all over the bathroom (see pictures) Service was not good at all, as my flight was canceled y ask them to cancel one night or just move my stay one day and the owner was not flexible at all, and paying an extra night in with them (bathroom as well full of hairs)

First of all, staying in Kennsington is wonderful...what a fabulous area. And they have done a great job of renovating the units in the building. It was alittle tight for a family of 4, but we knew that would be the case, based on the size. The one thing I did find annoying was a take-away place across the street. Between 10pm and 2am every night there were motor bikes picking up takeaway deliveries. When the windows are shut it is fine, but in summer when you want the windows open, it becomes noisy. Oh well, you can't have it all.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed for our family. This depressing apartment was the worst we stayed in of 5 in our trip - it was in the basement, through a storage room and our access was blocked at one point by boxes someone left behind. The closet sized bathroom must have been installed by a home handy person as plumbing was loose, the shower pan was cracked and there was mold everywhere - possibly because the fan wasn't working. My son had to sleep on the pull out sofa, which was a broken IKEA job. Bedding had stains and hairs on it. The price for this flat was ridiculous given the state of it. We also had only one key for four of us, which meant we had to adjust our plans to make sure everyone could get in when needed. If we hadn't already been charged for this place, we would have left. We were glad when it was time to leave. Terrible experience.

Host was good communicator, very accommodating and responsive. Perfectly fine for a budget accommodation in London compared to a hotel, since we were a group of five, hard to find accommodations for that large of a group. Shower(no bath) is on the small side so larger guests may not love this. Sink is minuscule but quite normal from what I can see. Beds of average comfort. Sun comes up early and sets late so bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in/are light sensitive. Plenty of towels and sheets were fresh. Apartment is easy to access and about 5-10 min walk from Kensington Olympia station. Don’t miss the little breakfast/coffee place a few doors over, great food and prices.

Really great apartment for the price. Lovely area, great restaurants near by. Great communication with owner. Much smaller than photos suggested but still nice. Only flaws were previous users thong left on a radiator and some of the mugs were filled with water so when taking them down from the shelf above you got soaked. Otherwise really clean just a shame these things weren't checked and made us question the cleanliness of the mugs and utensils. Really great for the location and price would recommend.
