Location good, cheap but does not correspond to any of the photos. Very basic

The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch. Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day. The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man. The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic. Property did not understand what a kitchen towel was and expects guests to clean up spills w toilet paper. Parts of the property are filthy. At check in I was asked a lot of inappropriate personal questions. The doors don’t have proper stoppers on them so banging 24/7 when anyone goes in or out. Windows don’t have guards on them which is probably illegal. Calls to complain are routed through Eastern Europe and the customer service people don’t know how to trouble shoot.

This accommodation was awful. Would not recommend. Mould on walls, insecure windows, damaged items, not clean, stains in furniture, hosts super unhelpful, broken wires, rubbish lying across front door, not very welcoming, not really a ‘hotel’ it felt like someones flat. Did not even stay, we left after 4 hours and booked elsewhere as we didn’t feel safe staying at this property. Unwilling to rectify any issues, and took 4 hours to supply a travel cot that we requested months in advance. Take this review how you want but I don’t even feel this is appropriate to be listed as accommodation

Yes shops next door

We booked this fairly last minute for an event the next day at Olympia, and it was perfect. 2 minute walk from the train station and handy location above two shops where we were able to get forgotten items such as toothbrushes. Apartment was a perfect size for us as a family of four, clean and everything we needed. Only down side was people in neighbouring apartments slamming their doors repeatedly up until 10pm which wasn’t ideal before an early start but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Would stay again!

Wife and I were visiting from the states for the London Book Fair, and this place was perfect for us. It was a two minute walk to the venue. It was clean and well equipped. Location is about a two minute walk away from the public train station (the Tube), and there are tons and tons of pubs and restaurants all within a twenty minute walk away or even ten minutes depending on what you’re wanting. The host was great about communication and took care of the minor issue we had of the tv not working the very next day.

Check-in process was easy. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out couch. There was a washer/dryer as well.

We were arriving earlier than check-in and needed someplace for our bags. Our room was being cleaned when we arrived and we were allowed to leave our bags in the room and were given the key. When we returned for the night, the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Abysmal all round. As someone who has travelled a lot of the world while staying in hostels, this may be the worse place i have encountered. Completely misrepresented in the photos. The building is poorly secured, the code was read out to us over speakerphone in a busy street, no one met us at the property. We could hear people arguing on the fire escape out side of the sash window. The apartment itself was very dirty and smelt of years of fried foods. The bedding was visably soiled and tatty. The pull out sofa that the children were to sleep on had ingrained stains and the frame was broken. Staff (who we could only contact on the telephone) offer to send a cleaner, but if this would help, why was it not already done? On the balance of salvaging our 2 nights away in London, we decided it would not be safe or enjoyable to stay hear and had to hastily book a premier inn. The owners have declined my request for a refund. Hotels.com have been equally unhelpful, apparently if they try to contact the property, but they dont answer there will not be any accountability. Please take my advice and stay elsewhere

Warm welcome

The room was clean and check-in, was easy. However, for me the water almost flooding the shower tray, was not what I needed after not being able to sleep due to the emergency lighting. I’m used to a dark room and the green lights that shines bright when the lights are off caused me to have a very disturbed sleep. Even when attempting to sleep under the covers, but I struggle with my face being covered and that this made it worse.

The place is infested with bed bugs. We travelled back home with our entire body itching. We had to see our doctor for treatment when we arrived. This was the most horrible experience we had during our travel. The stress we went through was insane as we had to take every precaution to make sure those bugs didn’t get to our home.

The flat was spotless clean, well presented, unfortunately the settee has seen better days and could do with a deep clean, bathroom a bit tired and could do with some attention, the shower is leaking

Very welcoming apartment, warm and thank you for the opportunity. Apart from a stained mattress cover near the feet and burnt iron spot in bedroom on carpet. A Hot water signage to be stuck next to taps, water too hot. All went well, a very comfy home. Thank you.

Super helpful hosts allowing early check in. Very convenient to Hammersmith station. Clean and well-equipped, updated kitchen and bathroom.

Made to wait an hour before somebody met me to check-in. Large laundry bags left on landing areas. Tv didn’t work. Lack of kitchen facilities, no frying pan, tea towels or bin liners. Large group of foreign males in rooms making noise late at night and early in the morning. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay. No information on any Wi-Fi. Accommodation in a poor state internally.
